For us, it would have been better if the TV was in the living area instead in the room.

Rooms and the living area were very clean. Privacy was perfect and no disturbance during our stay. Super market and the bakery were at a walking distance. Air conditioning in the room was good.

Little far from the Center but its not a matter if you are coming by a vehicle and you should use Staircase to go to the apartment

Very clean, spacious and comfortable place. Has a nice pantry if u want to make something for ur self during the stay. Reasonable price . Has two rooms, one with A/C . So suitable for a family too.. highly recommend.

According to bookings.com, it's a 2 bed room apartment, but you have to choose either of the rooms ( AC or non AC). So you practically book for a one bedroom apartment. Price for room all inclusive is $ 10 ( LKR 3200). But later, the host informed us that the room fee is LKR 5000 ($16), so we stayed in non ac room and paid LKR 5000. So information in the bookings.com is not congruent with the reality. The non AC room is full of mosquitos, and no mosquitos nets were provided.

Spacious and clean room. Good water pressure in the shower. Comfortable beds.

I recommend the property for anyone who is looking for a better stay at Anuradhapura. It has all the basic facilities including all the kitchen appliances which is really helpful. The place was really quite and clean. Hope to stay again when we visit Anuradhapura next time. 🙂

Last week, I visited this apartment with my family It was clean and equipped with all of the required amenities. There were also cooking facilities available. Also, the space of the premises is adequate, and I am quite pleased with the value for money. I had to struggle a little with buses because we traveled by bus. However, this will not be an issue if you are arriving from your vehicles. Also, the owners are quite pleasant and helpful, making our stay comfortable. Without question, I would recommend this location to others.

I booked 2 separate bedrooms with airconditiong, but they arranged only one bed room with A/C. Other bedroom hadn't A/C facility. As per them, I only booked one room with that facility and I was confused 😕

Really disappointed. The worst hotel that we stayed at while visiting Anuradhapura for about 12 years. We came to the apartment at 11.45 p.m., and the owner of the place said that there would be keys under a mat, but when we went and looked for them, there was nothing, and after we called the owner, a person came with the keys. We finally got inside, but a key to a room was missing, and they said it was inside a flower vase. It was like a haunt for keys. But we finally opened our rooms and went to bed, and the next day, in the morning, we went to see the city. But after we came back at about two p.m., there was a lady at the bottom of our staircase. She followed us up and told us at the last minute that some other family would be coming to stay here after one hour, and she told us to pack our bags and go. I mean, they could have told us earlier about it, and we would've been ready, but after we told her that we couldn't pack that quickly, she told us to move to the smaller room and get ready. while she came inside the apartment and started to clean the apartment while we were inside, and there was no privacy for us. The service was really bad, and I highly do not recommend this place.

Location is very bad. No WiFi and no network coverage for Airtel. Coat and and bed is very bad. Not worthy for the money in that location. No hot water for bathing. Suitable only for the travellers with carrying all facilities in a truck

Very scary as I cannot lock the flat or bedroom from inside, the house was horrifyingly lonely as nobody stays except me, far from the Railway station 11 km, viciously biting mosquitoes, host is completely ignorant about bus timing, infested with cockroaches, certainly not for a solo traveler or family.

Shops selling fish, vegetables, groceries nearby.. Specious apartment indeed.

The property facilitates everything as advertised with many other extras. The host is truly humble and professional, which is very rare to experience in small guest houses in Sri Lanka. You will get full freedom and privacy during the stay. Cannot believe how the host manages to get any profit from this super small price tag compared to the service and amenities they provide. If you are willing to stay here, please do not damage the property taking advantage of the freedom from the host. Thanks for making our stay perfect. Definitely Recommending!

There is no proper parking area. You have to park the vehicle outside by the road. The stairs might be difficult to climb for an elderly person. There is no hot water facility.

The property is clean, well maintained and well ventilated. There were all the necessary kitchen equipment including a fridge, a rice cooker, gas burner, if you want to cook by yourself. Plates, dishes and all the utensils are available too. The Air conditioning works perfectly. The owner is very friendly and cooperating.
