Great location. The full sea view rooms are lovely. Great selection for breakfast. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Lovely view from the rooftop restaurant and pool.

Modern building. Comfortable and quiet rooms, with wonderful ocean view. Convenient location, close to the city center and main attractions and several restaurants. Fast internet. Nice swimming pool and gym. Helpful staff.

We stayed only for one night, as we left in the morning for the airport. But the hotel is really exceptional - the staff, the facilities even the breakfast options. We had dinner at the rooftop bar and the food was delicious and the staff was so welcoming. We would definitely stay again.

Had to ask for things, like a hairdryer. I understand that it is cost/environment saving for guests to share, however, basic stuff needs to be provided in each room especially for guests who’ve travelled far & are tired. Being asked many times how we are enjoying our stay is cumbersome. I appreciate you need to do this, but don’t do it quite so much please.

An excellent stay i would say..... had a free room upgrade and the view was breath taking.. also got a complementary free breakfast ;) wish i had stayed more and enjoyed the place... Everything about the place the cleanliness the food and the staff made me feel to choose the place again for sure... thank you for making it feel so comfortable 💙

The check-in took a bit too long but they did accommodate a late checkout and an early check-in.

That I didn’t stay there longer 😀. I have stayed in Colombo hotels for a couple years for work and wish I would have given this place a chance as it’s definitely a contender with the bigger hotels that I’m accustomed to staying at there.

When I visit Colombo I often stay at the more well know hotels there in the city but wanted to try something different this time and was overly impressed. To be honest I have driven past this hotel at least a hundred times in the past and never noticed is to when I arrived for my 2 night stay I was a little hesitant. Was immediately greeted and given the royal treatment. The room was just as impressive as the friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again when I return to Colombo next week. Breakfast was also better than expected

We were in a ocean view family room which was very spacious. Great view from the room and roof top bar, sun set view was spectacular. Friendly staff. Food was really nice. We had dinner and breakfast here. Everything was good starting with the welcome drink.

The only issue for us is the airport shuttle. We searched for a hotel with an advertised shuttle. In the US, that usually means a free shuttle. We naively thought this was the case at this hotel. We paid $40 for the ride to airport. Had we known this, we would have chosen a different hotel. It is our fault but I wanted to let others know.

The A/C would not budge from the mid to high 20s. The rooms, while comfy and stylish, are quite small. Also, please be advised: the in-room dining has hidden charges that tack on another 25% to the bill. And for me, the food (a sandwich) I ordered arrived after an hour and a half... and let's just say, it provided little to no sustenance.

Modern. Clean. Well-situated. Near the main road and overlooking the lagoon. Great Wi-Fi. Massive in-room TVs with Netflix included. A wonderful breakfast buffet with delicious food and juice options. We also loved the rooftop pool. The water is clean and clear, and the views are stunning.

The hotel rooms were clean. The room had a view of the road, train track and the sea and it was a very nostalgic experience watching the trains go by. The restaurant food was also good, we being vegetarians.

the room is excellent , What I recommend for improvement is to pay attention more to clients demands - example : a quiet room should not be offered one next to the elevators ! ;-) except this , I am highly recommend this hotel for an excellent stay in Colombo!

Perhaps given it's newness, but I encountered a few issues right away. I checked in late at night and found the door to my assigned room ajar. I was assured it was simply an error by housekeeping but it was a little disconcerting at 1am. Additionally, the large framed picture over my bed actually fell off the wall and onto my head the first night. Naturally it was pretty unpleasant, but I wasn't injured - the sound of it hitting the headboard first woke me up so I had a chance to react before it crashed onto me. Of course I reported this to the staff and I was a bit annoyed and their lack of response, not even an apology. They simply wrote down my room number. It was generally a good stay, but this certainly put a damper on things right away.

It's a newer hotel so the facilities are in good order, clean, rooms are good size. The breakfast is a good selection and the room that houses it has a lovely view. The rooftop restaurant had an ok ambiance but beautiful views; I happened to go for dinner right around sunset. There was a very loud TV program happening on a screen in the main part of the restaurant, I assume for a sport, that took away from the ambiance, but I'm not sure if that's normal. The food was good. The cafe on the reception area floor is also very cute; I just had a snack there, but the staff were lovely.

Swimming pool is small and next to the bar. I feel like uncomfortable when the outside people are watching us from the bar while I swim. Better to keep separate bar and pool.
