Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ChinaThe shuttle bus was not very punctual.
A standard star hotel located in the capital city, offering clean rooms and standard service. It's conveniently situated close to the sea and the famous coastal railway line. Additionally, the rooftop swimming pool is spacious, the view is pleasant. You can hop on the shuttle bus to Marino Beach Lounge, where you can unwind in a serene environment.

IndiaThe staff at the breakfast area were not responsive and exhibited rudeness. Despite multiple requests, they did not address our needs promptly. For instance, when we requested tea, there was a delay of approximately 10 minutes, and even after reminding the staff, they forgot to bring it. As a guest, I value courteous and efficient service, especially during mealtimes. I hope they can address this matter to ensure a more positive experience for future guests.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. For a big hotel, the staff was amazing and everything ran so smoothly. The pool was excellent and the breakfast quality and choice quite remarkable. As we were there for Tamil New Year we had to have dinner at the hotel (nothing else open). This was also a great food experience. It was also nice to have a drink at the sunset bar and a bottle of wine was reasonable, unlike most of Sri Lanka. The bus to the beach lounge was great and we enjoyed a few hours there, a swim in the ocean and a cold beer afterwards. The free city tour was also worth doing and appreciated.

The overall experience was great! The hotel is very nice and clean. There was amazing food options, it was lovely that it was attached by an elevator to the mall. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. All of the staff was very nice and helpful. The pool was nice and the cabanas were comfortable and plentiful.

Feeling heavenly..Infinity pool is outstanding visual beauty.. Connected to Mall is super comfortable for small purchase and time pass. Wide spread of buffet breakfast , lunch and dinnner. We were upgraded to the upper leval of Room category. We must mention the front desk executives.Special mention to Ms.Kaveesaha and Hasini.. very helpful and ease of check in and check out..
