Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Exceeded expectations. Facilities are top notch. The gym is one of the best hotel gyms I've used. Food is very good and fairly priced. Staff were very nice and helpful.

MoldovaThe strict requirements for cash bills to be without any marks or tears and not accepting older notes, which is a trend all over the country, were causing great discomfort. The fact that the reception was pushy by calling to ask if I'm going to check out, while there was still half an hour left and, but not asking if I needed help with my luggage. It took around 1 hr to reach the airport, contradictory to what Google says of 30 mins. It may take from 45 mins to 1hr 20 mins to reach due to traffic. The beach has to be reached by provided bus for about 10 mins, as the hotel is located in marina opposite the railway and the seaside.
This hotel is clean and it has all facilities needed. The infinity swimming pool has limited sunloungers, but the view of the city is beautiful. The staff is attentive and helpful. Money exchange rates are better than airport and other places around.

United KingdomNot much! Some of the supper buffet options were a little overcooked and dry in our opinion (the chicken and cuttlefish, for example).
The room had very impressive state-of-the-art facilities, such as the lighting that we hadn't experienced elsewhere in Sri Lanka. There are many infinity rooftop pools in Colombo but the rooftop pool, bar and garden (complete with jacuzzi and steam room) area is the best of its type that we have seen in Colombo. The breakfast buffet was exceptional - the spread was very comprehensive and its presentation very inviting, pastries and cooked foods all fresh, aromatic, and tasty, we each had about seven courses. And the staff were very nice and thoughtful.

I had the opportunity to get an upgrade in the room and this was great! The pool was clean and gives an impression that it was linked to the sea. Breakfast was super. I plan to stay a night there again in May this year. I pray i get an upgrade in the room this time again...
