United Kingdom8 reviews“Fair for price”Keep in mind that the location is under a shopping centre and there are no windows. Felt safe enough, but wouldn't spend longer than one night here.
Central location, size of room, AC, very good for the price. Receptionist very helpful, despite language barrier (use Google translate). Good for one night, and especially easy to get to onward trains and buses. Overall, good price to what you get ratio.

The room was clean with air conditioner, but the window was to the corridor, so not much view. The Wi-Fi worked well. The location of the hotel is close to the lake, and there are nice cafes nearby, also a good big shopping center is within 5 mins walking distance. Chandrasiri is a great person and he helped us a lot, so 10 points for his service! Even though he did not speak English, with the online translator we could communicate well and resolve all our questions. He helped us with laundry service, which we really needed.

Jolly well understand that same may have been abrupt, nevertheless, it would have been better had there been an emergency water supply to cater such instances.

The plug on the kettle didn’t fit into any sockets near a surface so I had to balance the kettle on my headboard to boil it! Bathroom light didn’t work.
Room was huge and nicely decorated. Biggest bed I’ve ever seen! There was a kettle and tea and coffee in the room which was a nice touch. Location is really good, quiet and everywhere is walkable.
