Nice location, amazing views, infinity pool on the terrace. Breakfast was amazing and the hospitality was very good. The rooms were a little small and the floors could have been better.

A little further out than most of the hotels so be prepared to walk 10-15 mins to get anywhere.

Very friendly staff who were very willing to help. Room was big with a balcony with a great beach & sea view. Breakfast was also large and tasty. Great value for money.

The shower outlet was clogged, lack of rubbish bin - there was a palm basket for that, but not suitable for wet rubbish. The water from swimming pool is leaking on third floor balcony. The roof top restaurant and swimming pool area needs repairing and was under construction. May be finished for the next season :)

Very nice view from the room with sea view. The personell was very nice and friendly, helpful. Rocky beach just few steps from the hotel.

altough it has a beachfront location, you can hardly access the water due to the reafs close to the shore and waves. also I would appreciate wieder chodce for breakfast and stronger wifi connection

Few things on the room were not ideal, like for example cleaning the room didn't mean your bedsheet will be exchanged.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful and breakfasts were very good and location is also not bad, close to nice coconut hill and very close to Mirissa beach by tuk tuk.

We had a short stay at Mirissa Gate, but the staff was very friendly and the room was great as well. The hotel is a little away from the main strip in mirissa so its very calm and relaxing and we LOVED the natural rock pool just outside the hotel on the beach - that was the best part. Breakfast was fab too!

It was undergoing renovation so there was no bar or rooftop restaurant as advertised. The pictures didn’t look exactly like the reality.

Shower system is very old and bathroom does not look clean, the towel looks dirty and I did not dare to use them at all. There were no hot water sometimes and wifi is very weak. We went to have dinner in dinner time, and they said the kitchen was closed, the breakfast needs to be improved. In general, it does not deserve what you paid for.

The place was really run down. It needs major maintenance to get back to be to a proper standard. The roof top swimming didn't seem to have been serviced in a long time, water was dirty, sunshades were broken... Access to the sea was untidy and despite having a "beach" 30m away, it's not suitable for swimming as it's too rocky.

Very poorly maintained hotel, dirty and rusted toilet fittings, no hot water.

The only good thing is the ocean view if you get the sea facing rooms, the other rooms are not worth it
