Shabby place in general, needs renovation. Very unclean restaurant premises (dirty tables and chairs, windows and walls, dust particles fall on the table and heads from the second floor when someone is walking there). Room was without window (fake one to corridor does not count) and not mentioned in description. Terrible sound isolation (trains run nearby hotel early morning to late evening), you can hear everything from the corridor too. Pool looks ok, but pool premises worn--out and needs attention, not attractive in general.

Very close to a nice beach. Great breakfast and tasty food in restaurant in general. Helpful and caring staff.

Checked in 2 am No one at the reception. He was sleeping. Took him 30 mins to come to normal. Sheets and bed were bad. No coffee or tea at the restaurant. Called 0 for service to order, freaking no answer. Bunch of guys hanging sround the property and all useless. Never Ever

never worth the what i payed the chargers, i was there in rainy day i went to out and come back to room room was flooded when every having shower bath room flooded, when i inform to reception nothing happed, we ordered dinner payed by online and over the phone , at last we did not have the Dinner, we did not received even call, when we go to check out they ask sir yesterday restaurant closed early so we did not serve dinner if you like same amount you can have lunch, i ask why did not inform at night, they said sorry, my advice to all never visit this place even for $10 waste of you money , i recived what i pay for dinner after 5 days after called several time

Ceiling leaked when it rained so had to move stuff so didn't get wet although floor dried out pretty quick because of heat. Found out through another guest you can stay for less than two thirds the price if you go direct to hotel. On the whole OK, but think there is better value to be had elsewhere.

Excellent location right by beach. Receptionist Gilky was superb, so helpful. Nice pool, cleaned everyday. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss but value for money overall. WiFi good.

our room allocated was so uncomfortable and feel like unsafe, many times we requested to move the room but answer was N/A and hotel is full occupied from reception.we stayed at the hotel 19 nights. as a local guest this is very bad experience for us. should be given more attentive to the request from the guest and need an alternative or else follow up. nothing happens from hotel side.

The unexpected proximity to the railway (we should have expected this from the reviews we just didn’t realise how loud it would be), however the trains did seem to stop when we went to sleep, as we weren’t woken up by them.

The property was very clean, the reception and room was quite modern and nice. The reception and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was fab, we had lots of toast with jam with a massive plate of fruit and yogurt, very yum!
