We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Sri LankaNo elevator. Elderly people may find difficulties. However heard of initiatives to install an elevator in a near future.
Stayed in the family room. Located almost in the city center but in a quiet lane. Room's large, clean and definitely worth money. More suitable for backpackers and pilgrimers. Family owned and the couple personally involve in almost every matter and well care of the guests. Buffet breakfast available.

CanadaThe location is quite central to shops, restaurants and sightseeing. Walking distance to the lake, the mall and market, and Temple of the Tooth. The rooms are also very clean and comfortable. Although this is a just a little off of a busy street, it is quiet. The family that runs the hotel are very informative and give great advice on what to do and best way to plan for activities.

I’d have no hesitation in recommending this hotel!The location is great!It is run by a family who are so welcoming and accomodating, we were given iced tea on arrival which was so refreshing after the journey to Kandy!Without having to ask we were given advice on the locality - places to eat/see etc by the guy who appeared to be the manager/owner which was so helpful, he also took the time to talk us through all the items on offer during breakfast the nect morning (which was delicious - it was a mix of srilankan and western food!The room was spacious and spotless!

FranceAn AC unit was dripping outside of our room onto a hard surface, and it made a loud and metronomical noise that was quite annoying. We used ear plugs and it was okay. Maybe it was only this room in particular. Maybe it has been sorted out since then
The hotel is located at the end of a little street perpendicular to a very busy road so it it quiet. Very big room, room and bathroom were clean, AC good. With mosquito nets, it would have been even better. From the hotel, you can easily walk to the lake and the tooth temple. We were given very good advice for the next leg of our trip and we're glad that we followed it. The tuktuk that was arranged for us to Adam's Peak was perfect and it made the day so much easier, enjoyable and comfortable. Thank you so much for your help

The hotel is in the central part of the town but it was a bit difficult to find it as it is in a small street with no sign about it. Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very tasty and included a lot of choices. The staff was nice and helpful. Good value for money.

Loved everything. This was probably the most up market place we stayed in Sri Lanka. A lot of effort and money has been put into the rooms and the breakfasts. Clean, lots of hot water, great bed, ac, walking distance to the markets, breakfast was exceptional, run by a family, exceptional service. The only breakfast where it was buffet style, so many choices, the owner sources the fruit etc every day. Loved it. PS unfortunately it appears I forgot to take photos of the breakfast.😞

When checking in we were offered a refreshing home made ice tea and Nalaka provided us with lots of useful recommendations on what to explore in Kandy. We were also upgraded to a Deluxe room due to availability. The room itself was clean and comfortable with good bathroom facilities and the location was great for accessing the city and train/buses. Finally, breakfast was delicious - a buffet with both Sri Lankan and continental options.
