It was a bit loud in the evening because local people had kind of party on viewpoint, so we couldn't sleep. But that's not apartments fault.

It was a good apartment with a nice owner, the location is high on the hill but by fact you need just 10 minutes to get to the lake.

There's no wifi in the room, only in some areas of the lobby. The bathroom needs some proper cleaning and maintenance.

This property is too old. Washrooms are pretty ok but not clean enough. television is not working as mentioned.

The temple of the tooth relic can be seen properly. The Breakfast was very delicious.

Horrible. Stains on everything. Given towels at least used 1,000 times and torn. 😱 The hotel has only two staff members, and they confirmed they do not have any new towels. 😱 The bathroom is awful. 😱 The AC unit is ancient and does not cool the room. 🥵 We had to stay three nights and had no room service. 😱 Imagine four days without any room cleanup. 😱 Don't choose this place even if you can't find any accommodations in Kandy City; look elsewhere. 😱 The hotel deserves a minus one-star rating. 👎

The rooms are nothing like in the pictures! Mold in the room and not just little spots...would really not recommend staying here from a health perspective. Breakfast was okay but toast had also some mold on it. The staff was doing it's best though to compensate for it.

Really nice location, about 15minutes to the center (take the shortcut by the royal park). Clean room, clean bathroom, safe private parking. Great breakfast and exceptional hospitality! We really felt taken care of. Would stay again.

The facilities and the cleaning were excellent. Everything was exactly like the pictures! Spacious rooms with comfy beds and great shower. Breakfast was abundant and delicious (the picture only shows a small part). Staff was kind and helpful. Amazing view!

The rooms were very spacious and clean. The bathrooms were nice too. The location was a bit far from the main busy area, however, I didn't mind walking down or catching a tuktuk/bike down on pick me app. I'd highly suggest staying here and I'd definitely stay here again without any hesitation.

View straight out was blocked by a building. There was an old smell in the room..like damp. Sockets were a struggle to use with our adapters.

The bed was very comfortable. The room had a historic feel about it. Nice view to the right up towards the hill. The reception staff were brilliant listeners and despite our tired indecision about leaving time, he thankfully booked a driver and we got a knock at 6.20am. Perfect.

the location is far from the centre of Kandy. it's on a hill and in a location where there is nothing nearby. The room was terrible and in no way matched the booking photos. I had booked 2 nights and only stayed one!

The wifi didn’t work. The bathroom was dirty, hairs all in the corners and sides of the floor. The bath looked as though it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. The bedroom was small and not what we were expecting based on the photos. The bathroom towels were nothing like the pictures either. The door to the balcony had gaps above and below the door so bugs could get in easily, lots of small flies around us when we were in the room.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, they were always able to order us a Tuk Tuk when we needed. Ok for one night stay in Kandy.
