We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PolandBathroom could be cleaner. It looked like good years are ahead but there could be a bit more focus on it. The biggest issue was the fact that some school was right next to the balcony and they had some band playing drums and trumpets starting at 6.50 AM in a very loud way! So impossible to have a longer sleep. Apart from that all was good
Staff was very friendly and nice. Breakfast was very very good, prepared by a kind man who was sure everything was perfect! Location is fine, room was okay. Bed was big and comfortable. Plus for bottle of water in the room :)

Stunning view of Kandy lake, Temple of the Tooth and town from the room balcony. Hill top location that was walking distance from the town, the temple and the lake. The helpful staff. Breakfast. Air conditioning. Hot and cold water with good pressure. Comfortable bed. Decent size room. Regular visit of an elephant that belongs to the Temple of Tooth during breakfast time and this has been an added bonus.

We really enjoyed the place. The room was nicely decorated and had a balcony with a great view over Kandy lake. The room has a hot shower. It is a 10 minutes walk to the city centre. Breakfast was good. And we could park our tuktuk save from the road. Great value for money.

AustraliaThe rooms were a good size but the cleanliness could be improved. The shower was hot and had great water pressure but the bathroom walls were moldy and needed repair.
The staff here are exceptional. We checked in late during a storm with torrential rain. Prabath was working and was extremely helpful, even getting in a tuktuk with us (so we had an umbrella) to a nearby restaurant. It was definitely above and beyond service. Then the gentleman on our second day, I didn't get his name, was so very helpful with our questions about transfers and storing our luggage. Breakfast was also very good.
