Wow, what a little gem that we wished we could have stayed longer! We stayed at Negombo Boutique Villa for our last night in Sri Lanka and and it was one of the best we stayed at the whole 3 weeks of our travel throughout Sri Lanka. A short walk to the beach, restaurants for the evening, and other conveniences. From the time of arrival, we felt so welcomed, and nothing was too much trouble for the staff, including organising airport transfers and extending our booking for a late check out. Breakfast was included in our room rate, and wow, we had 2 adults and 2 children, and it was so much food we could have fed another 2 adults. So delicious, and if so, definitely eat breakfast here! The room and facilities, including the pool, offer everything you need and a cool retreat to the 35+ degree heat. Don't even hesitate to book here!

This was a comfortable place to stay for our first night in Sri Lanka. I chose it as it was close to the airport without having to go into Colombo. We arrived close to midnight but had organised a transfer through to hotel and the driver was waiting for us. The room is a good size with a comfortable bed. The included breakfast was delicious. The hotel organised tuk tuk into the main town but locally things are within walking distance. They also helped with a car to our next travel location. Staff are helpful and friendly. Good place to land and acclimatise when arriving in Sri Lanka before commencing your travels

It's a lovely, tastefully decorated hotel. The location is ideal: it's an easy walk to the beach and restaurants but it's still quiet. The staff were friendly and breakfast (extra) was very good. It's too bad we were only here for 1 night!

Quiet location in Negombo, but still only a 10/15 minute walk to the beach and busy area. The villa is nice and welcoming, with a pool and communal area. The room and bathroom were a good size, with a balcony and efficient A/C

It's a very lovely stay, close to the center and the beach. Only 10min walk. There is a pool ideal for hot temprature. Sri Lanka breakfast is really good we recomment it! Staff very friendly and very clean place!

Perfect location for an over night after/before the airport. This property was gorgeous and the shower was amazing! There are some bad reviews for it on google which I would ignore - the room was so clean, so nicely decorated, water pressure amazing, staff so welcoming, pool really clean - a 10/10 from me!

Very beautiful room with beautiful bedding, decor and balcony. We could hear peacocks from our room :) The shower was stunning! The hosts were kind and attentive. It was very nice to be greeted with a cold towel and fruit juice! Not too far from the beach and from restaurants. The pool was small but we were the only ones in there so this was okay. We travelled around Sri Lanka for 2 months and this was one of the nicest hotels we stayed in! Thank you

What a fantastic first night in Sri Lanka. They arranged taxi from the airport and even gave us a temporary room to have a sleep as we arrived at 05:30. The pool is wonderful with a fridge stocked with cold beer and soft drinks right at the reception. Room was huge with a lovely bathroom. View was mega from the balcony. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast was great, with some wonderful curry and sweat breads! They wrapped up the leftovers to take for lunch! Location is spot on. Little shop at the end of the road and a nice 15min stroll to the town and beach (with small kids). The staff are what really makes this place though. So friendly and amazing with small kids. Nothing was too much and we never felt the kids were getting in the way. 2 of the guys sat and read a book with my 2yr old. Made the best hole stay incredibly relaxing! Thanks for the amazing hospitality!!

Nice start of the trip as we went straight there after arriving at Colombo airport. We liked the location that it was inside a quiet neighborhood. Walking around was interesting to see the local scene.

A little difficult to find from the main road since no signs. Loud wild life including dogs barking during the night so not very restful.

Lovely property, the bedroom was very well made up and the pool adds to the enjoyment. The breakfast area outside is very pleasant.
