Our bathroom sink didn't drain very well - the plug needed cleaning. And the bathroom floor was uneven which meant the shower water pooled and didn't drain. But it was a lovely bathroom, and lovely room.

A beautiful, peaceful hostel, with lovely rooms, a really lovely, serene pool, and the friendliest staff. We were given a lovely welcome drink, which was a nice touch. The traditional Sri Lankan breakfast was huge - well worth the money! So nice not to have a fully traditional breakfast - no nasty white bread or eggs in site - just fresh, local, beautifully presented food. The staff really helped us out too when we had a problem - so thank you. A wonderful place to go. It was also a quick 5 minute walk to the main shops and restaurants of Negombo.

Driving on the main road at night, the entrance to the hotel's driveway was quite unnoticeable, and we almost missed it. Maybe setting a sign along the main road would help :)

We arrived late at night and the staff was kindly waiting for us until midnight, bringing us cold beverages - which was a relief after a long flight. The breakfast was abundant and there was a small but inviting swimming pool downstairs.

The room was spacious offered a large comfy bed and was super clean. We loved the welcome drink and the cold towel on arrival. Great start, did we mention the pool already? Definitely recommend this place! Only 10 minutes walking to the beach 🌴

Great place to stay! Very clean and modern room, well equipped. Quiet road, but beach side (with cafés and restaurants) easily accessible by foot. Very friendly and helpful stuff. Directly next to the canal, but no mosquitos there...

I spent 2 days there with my family after arriving in Sri Lanka. A perfect place to start your journey - very clean, with comfortable beds and close to the airport. Excellent and very helpful staff, nothing is a problem for them.

Wow, what a little gem that we wished we could have stayed longer! We stayed at Negombo Boutique Villa for our last night in Sri Lanka and and it was one of the best we stayed at the whole 3 weeks of our travel throughout Sri Lanka. A short walk to the beach, restaurants for the evening, and other conveniences. From the time of arrival, we felt so welcomed, and nothing was too much trouble for the staff, including organising airport transfers and extending our booking for a late check out. Breakfast was included in our room rate, and wow, we had 2 adults and 2 children, and it was so much food we could have fed another 2 adults. So delicious, and if so, definitely eat breakfast here! The room and facilities, including the pool, offer everything you need and a cool retreat to the 35+ degree heat. Don't even hesitate to book here!

This was a comfortable place to stay for our first night in Sri Lanka. I chose it as it was close to the airport without having to go into Colombo. We arrived close to midnight but had organised a transfer through to hotel and the driver was waiting for us. The room is a good size with a comfortable bed. The included breakfast was delicious. The hotel organised tuk tuk into the main town but locally things are within walking distance. They also helped with a car to our next travel location. Staff are helpful and friendly. Good place to land and acclimatise when arriving in Sri Lanka before commencing your travels

It's a lovely, tastefully decorated hotel. The location is ideal: it's an easy walk to the beach and restaurants but it's still quiet. The staff were friendly and breakfast (extra) was very good. It's too bad we were only here for 1 night!

Quiet location in Negombo, but still only a 10/15 minute walk to the beach and busy area. The villa is nice and welcoming, with a pool and communal area. The room and bathroom were a good size, with a balcony and efficient A/C

It's a very lovely stay, close to the center and the beach. Only 10min walk. There is a pool ideal for hot temprature. Sri Lanka breakfast is really good we recomment it! Staff very friendly and very clean place!
