food was not good, took so long (more than a hour and half ) to serve, had two kids and we were in very difficult situation because of the delay . food was not good as mentioned,

What I did not like is that we had to pay 3% extra because I'm using a card to pay, This is not referenced anywhere in the booking.

The location was amazing, the staff were also very helpful. For beach access and activities around it was really good.

Music thumping until wee hours of the morning even though there was no one in the bar or roof top area. Management did apologise following morning saying it was their first night for the downstairs bar to open but with the rate per night, loud music that goes all night would be better suited to backpacker accomodation.

Attentive staff, roof top with great views, large rooms with comfy beds, large and clean bathrooms and water was hot with good water pressure (first time in 3 weeks in Sri Lanka) Pool was clean and refreshing as the beach is stinky and dirty. Nice setting. Looks like they have just been completing some upgrades so we wish them well.

The false ceiling was full of vermin. Could hear rats in the ceiling and walls all Night. The curtains didn’t cover the windows completely so privacy was partially compromised

We only booked one day before we arrived so there may be different prices because of that. I think it was a bit overpriced for what we got. The bathroom had a window you could see through from the bedroom, that was indicated on the pictures but we didn't really put a lot of attention to it. If you travel with friends it's a little bit strange but the room and bathroom itself were great.

A really great spot near the beach, stores and places to eat. Very friendly and helpful people who will answer all your questions. The room looked like the pictures and was comfortable.

The location was situated near the certain bars where music event nights would last until the am, which were loud making it difficult to sleep. Ideal if you’re looking for night life culture but not for quiet.

The property was very well maintained and kept clean consistently. The staff were very approachable and always eager to assist. The bedrooms were a great size with ample space.

The staff were great. They were attentive and always smiling. They set up a little birthday party for my other half, who turned 30 there. They were always there to help with whatever you needed. Aravinda was also a great help, and had a good presence in the hotel.

Loud music is being played in the hotel early in the morning until late at night. The breakfast is simple but takes a long time to be ready.

Great location a few meters from the beach and the rooms are big and clean with a nice view on the ocean. The staff is friendly and helped us rent a scooter for our stay in the city.

Has nothing to do with the hotel itself, but there are parties on the beach across the street and you can hear the music all night through as if you’re at the party.

In the room there were missing a few hooks to hang towels or other things. Also a wardrobe would have been nice.

We had booked a sea-view room and the view was really breathtaking! You can even look at the ocean while taking a shower :) Furthermore the room in general was very tastefully furnished and decorated. It’s easy to feel at home here. The bed was big and comfortable. Also the location of the O2 is perfect. It’s just a few steps from the beach and there are loads of restaurants all around. But you can also enjoy a drink or food at the rooftop restaurant of the hotel.
