We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Hotel was right on the Negambo beach, so it was convenient. Went swimming in the ocean and also rented a catamaran and went. Hotel was kind of old but was OK, specially for the price, it was OK.

Czech RepublicOn weekends very loudly music from neighborhood. We visited Negombo in February 2022. Due to Covid there was small number of tourists. Many hotels closed. In majority of hotels we visited there was visible lack of income during previous 2 years.

United KingdomThe hotel is a little dated but well maintained. It could do with a bit of a revamp in terms of the decoration and brightening up.
Beachfront location was fantastic. A couple of lively bars were close by and plenty of restaurants. The hotel room facilities were good, tv, air con, ceiling fan, kettle with tea and coffee supplied. The front desk man Radita could not have been more helpful. He worked his socks off and helped us arrange our pre departure covid tests back to the UK. I saw Radita dealing with new arrivals, cleaning the pool and the surrounding floor area. He even set up the hotel christmas tree. He is a real asset to the hotel. The nightwatchman also was a lovely gentleman.

Just spent one night at this nice resort in Negombo beach on our way to Bentota and other places. Arrived at mid night. Property and location are excellent but management is poor. We rented out two rooms, in one ac was not working and in another wash basin tap was completely broken. There was nobody to complain. Just one poor old man was running here and there.The front desk was unattened most of the time. With a little management and efforts, this resort could be a super good in no time.

Sri LankaThere was no lift so had to walk up 2 flights of stairs. The beds were itchy and there was a bee inside the mosquito nets. The swimming pool did not look clean and neither was the lounge area. There was no hot water and if it did work it was unpredictable. The tap in the shower and the wash basin was broken and coming off. The neatness of the whole room was mediocre at best. for the money I paid it was mainly the location cost as the rooms were not worth it!
