location is awesome, just across the beautiful beach, lots of restaurants around, close to everything, bus station, supermarkets. the room is great, spacious, bathroom also. we had a big shared balcony and also a shared kitchen available. house owners and nice and friendly.

- first impression isn’t that cool, because it is on a really small bumpy road located - BUT it’s great!

- so close to the ocean! - clean - nice own space in front of the room with table and chair! - no traffic noises; almost as if you are in nature - no smell caused by the river - cute owner trying to help as much as possible - the room feels like an own little cottage - in a few minutes at the beach and the parrot rock - in a few minutes at most various food places! No scooter/tuktuk necessary

So, What do I hate? I hate, that I did Not come earlier. And that I can't stay longer.

It is a beautiful, nice and calm place. It's off the Main Road and you hear the waves all the time. Fitting for everyone who wants privat space. The bathroom was very comfortable and Clean. Fan ist working and you have an Adapter for charger. WiFi ist ok and free. The exotic birds singing in the morning and you sometimes get wild visitors. Monkeys, but they are peaceful and Just curious, Not aggressiv. I Had a huge balcony to sit outside and enjoy the exotic Garden around. The owners are really nice people and you have a small kitchen. You get towels and something to cover at night and there is a moskitonet. Restaurant, ATM, and beach is 2 MINUTES away. I will Sure come back . What do you want more?

You could sometimes smell the river in front if the guesthouse

Wifi was great, we got an own router for our room. Host is super friendly. Beach is just one min away.

You can hear everything from your neighbors' bathroom which might be pretty intimidating.

The accommodation was basic but clean and with a really nice terrace. The was also access to good quality wifi. The garden around is well maintained and the location is great. I recommend!

Everything was perfect,there is nothing we didn’t like.

We booked the room just for two nights because we didn’t have a plan where to go exactly ,but we liked the accommodation so much that we decided to stay for 10 more nights. Location is amazing,it is literally two minutes from the beach as they say.Lots of restaurants and shops close by,but it is still situated in the area which is calm and quiet. Beautiful and clean rooms,fast wifi conection,mosquito net,comfy bed,lovely terrace and well equipped kitchen for guests to use. And I must mention the beautiful and kind lady who runs the place,she always welcomes u with a smile!

Perfect stay. Very friendly and nice family. A blessing to be around. Close to beach, but not as crowded and noisy. An extra bonus is now a little outdoor kitchen.

Nothing not to like

It is an amazing place in nature and only 50m from the beach.The family is super sweet and friendly, always there for yoiu when you need help, but always respect your privacy. They also run a small restaurant at the beach with an fantast, vegetarian All you can eat buffet for a very good price. Everythingis very clean, you can use the small kitchen too. There is laundry service available and you can watch birds, monkeys, warans and squirrels.The whole place has such a good relaxed Energy, that you really don't want to leave, cause you feel at home, and of cause the price is wonderful too❤️❤️❤️

Maybe hot water but for that price is was ok.

I didnt expect a lot but it was really nice stay in this accommodation. It is budget option in Mirissa but for that price it was perfect. The property is only 2 minutes from the main entrance to the beach. There is nice garden full of flowers and I had my own big terrace. The room is basic but clean - there is hanger for clothes, table, big mirror and mosquito net. During a night you can open the window for fresh air. I could even hear sounds of waves during the night. Family that runs this guest house is super friendly. I like our conversations with the host. I think we became quite good friends with her (: She speaks very good English. And as a bonus they have adorable small puppy named Brown and you can play with him.

Mosquitoes. Like very where in Sri Lanka, bring bug spray or insence

Nice little Hostel, with small Kitchen (very basic). Every little apartment has a Terrance and the beach is less the 2 min walking away. The owners a very polite and quiet but super nice. We loved this place and felt very comfortable

The family is amazing! Inoka helped me anytime I needed and she's so kind and always ready to assist you in any way she can! The location is perfect, just accross the street there is Mirissa Beach and it's very close to restaurants and bus stop! I would definitely come back!

Wonderful quiet location yet still centrally located close to the beach and restaurants. The hostess is very kind and helpful, beds are comfy, the rooms are a good size, all overlooking a pretty private garden with jackfruit and papaya trees... we even had the best jackfruit curry homemade by the hostess with jackfruits and coconuts from the garden! It was yummy!
