We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomMy only slight disappointment was the sea view from my room as I was at the side of the hotel rather than front so we overlooked waste ground but could partially wee the sea.
Outpost is a hotel with a great vibe, full of young people mainly surfing dudes. Despite being pensioners we never felt out of place, staff were very welcoming and food and drink facilities were excellent. Outpost is yards from the beach, really convenient and it is easy to get a Tuk Tuk to other places e.g. along to Marriott restaurants for dinner.

South AfricaAll round pretty good. Didn’t love the hard sell of their activities and roof top bar but some would enjoy the ‘community’ aspect. Very focused on remote working clients who tend to dominate the restaurant with their video calls.
Great light and tastefully decorated rooms. Pool area great although limited lounger space. Some food was fantastic (coconut pancakes) but eggs were a big miss.

amazing place if you need a base to work. the hotel is made for it, wifi is good there are plugs everywhere, coffee, food! 👏 rooms are big, confortable and clean. and there is hot water for the shower !!

The staff was very polite and hospitable. The food and drinks are perfect. Managers and supervisors are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back again.

Sri LankaThe bathrooms aren't covered well so anyone in the room can see through it which is a problem if you are traveling with others. The room is quite small but if it's just you travelling its more than fine.
The staff were friendly and it was a really comfortable place for a short trip. Loved the food here although the prices were a little on the high side. But nevertheless, really yummy shawarma!

GermanyGreat place and lovely staff however the driveway is constantly occupied by dodgy TukTuk drivers who harass and beat everyone who books alternative transportation such as Uber or PickMe so they force you to take rides with them which are insanely overpriced. Those guys are armed and dangerous. Be careful!
