We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Second time I've stayed here the night before a flight and it has everything you need. Great value and even greater dogs and staff. Airport transfer is higher than normal price but at least you know it will actually turn up – I've booked two early morning tuks to the airport via Palms now, and both arrived nice and early, which is always a relief. Water dispensers to fill your bottle are a huge plus – there's way too much single-use plastic in Sri Lanka. The bed was comfy and the room was spacious and super clean. Oh, and did I mention the DOGS?

SwitzerlandPalms Villa is in the Nature with a nice little Pool and Garden to relax after a long Flight it’s just Fantastic there and I come again. The Food was excellent and the dog is very funny and he doesn't bark unnecessarily at night. It’s a very quiet place to relax. See you all again. Thanks!

GermanySecond time we booked the cheaper standard room. Owner and staff had no interest at all. The room was old, smelled like a smoking room and moldy. The shower was broken. The bed is just 1,20 meter. The vegan breakfast this time was more than the double price. We didn't felt welcome at all. Also at the first booking we told them three times, that we don't need a taxi from airport and they mailed us the driver details though. So we took it. The price is 12 USD or 15 Euro... You can get a uber for 3 USD!!! There are no supermarktes or restaurants near by.
We booked this hotel twice and had two completely different experiences. First Time Deluxe room, was Clean, quiet and cozy. Owner and staff were friendly and vegan breakfast was no problem for 2,50 USD.

United KingdomMainly that our stay ended up being very short (not due to Palms villa, obviously). Our shower did not had good pressure, so it took a while to wash thick hair. A minor thing, really.
Our flight was delayed almost 24hours and we ended up arriving at a weird time. The staff at the villa were very accommodating to all that. The transfer service was safe, punctual and comfortable despite our delay. Palms villa itself was a perfect place to recharge between two long flights. The room was comfy, had good air conditioning. There was a pool and an area to hang out outside. The food served at the villa was exceptionally tasty and made with a lot of care. Would visit again.
