The location is easy to access. They have inside parking too. we got the top floor including a nice & big balcony with a nice view to the sea. Romantic liting was there too. 🥰🥰

Everything was perfect.

The accommodations was amazing, everything was clean and tidy. Definitely exceeded our expectations as the price was super good. The location is perfect, 15 min to the Lotus Tower by tuk tuk. We would definitely stay again🙂 Also the host was super friendly and helpful.

Kitchen wasn’t that functional (no utensils). building work next door (can’t be helped but bare in mind if you are a light sleeper!)

Veronika was absolutely amazing! Great recommendations for food and drink, she allowed us to chill on the rooftop with her cat and dog, called Spooky! She was never too pushy but was super helpful around check-in and check out! Nice location in Colombo. Room was functional and comfy. Shared livi and balcony area were great. A/C was great too, hot shower also! Really enjoyed our stay! Booked an extra night in the end :) recommend

There is no breakfast provided at this season. Sometimes people talk until late night at the balcony just outside the room.

Amazing place in Colombo! I think this residencies is the best one in this price. The price is really reasonable and the staff is friendly and always willing to help you! The ac works well at the room. There is a sea view outside your balcony.

Very nice place for a few nights in Colombo! The room and bathroom were very clean and pleasant with a stunning view! Veronika is a very kind person that makes you feel very comfortable. She provided a lot of nice places to dine out or have a drink or coffee in the neighbourhood. The breakfast was also delicious :)

The only problem really was we were on the top floor and on the first night there were civets climbing on the roof which kept my friend awake. This is if no fault of the host and they were very helpful by offering to change rooms and provided earbuds. This is only a warning for light sleepers that you may want to request a room not on the roof.

Lovely view and comfortable beds.The host was lovely and has the cutest dog Spooky which made our trip even better! It’s a good walking distance to some nice restaurants and cafes and for the value of the money the rooms were pleasant enough.

One of the 2 twin beds was god awful. I don't have a bad back, but after 10 mins of lying on it, I did. Luckily the other one was fine and I was solo.

Exceptional value. Nice patio. It was super close to the "beach" where I went down to the railroad tracks to watch the sunset. Grab a beer and a snack and head down. There are several cafes and restaurants nearby that are top-notch. The staff was great about providing recommendations.

Thank you Palmirah residencies for the friendly and caring welcome! The place is in a pleasant location, the common area and the room are clean and tidy, comfortable mattress. Small Air con issue that needs to be sorted

Hosts Arj and Veronica were very accommodating, helpful and friendly. Easy communication via WhatsApp Easy location by the sea and Spacious room for one night stay Lovely breakfast that was adapted to my needs on the roof top WiFi worked fine
