Such a lovely stay, it’s a perfect location only 2 mins walk from the beach. The room was very big, comfortable bed, good mosquito net and great aircon. It was very clean and breakfast was great. But best of all, such wonderful hosts! So friendly and welcoming, really made our stay thank you!

Nice big room with AC and a terrace in front of the room. 5 minutes walk from the beach. Quiet area and very friendly host.

We had a room without AC, it can get a bit hot with only the fan. Many (big) mosquitos inside and outside of the room. They even end up inside of the mosquitonet. Bring insect repellent. The upper part of the mosquitonet could be cleaned more often.

Very nice and hospitable family who runs the place. They made sure we had a pleasant stay. We loved the beautiful garden and patio to relax. The room was basic and clean but a bit small. The breakfast was delicious. Very centrally located. It's about a 7 min of walk from the mainroad (with the busstop is) and a 5 min of walk from Mirissa beach.

There were quite a few power cuts, the power outlets were not very practically placed, and now and then there was no water. These things were no long lasting problems, though.

Amazing place with super nice staff and beautiful garden!!!! Great location as well, no loud noises during the night but still close to mirissa beach.

Beautiful rooms with veranda looking out on peaceful gardens, where we saw peacocks, monkeys and a huge iguana wandering around. Well away from noisy main road or beachfront parties, but only 3 mins walk to the beach. The owner Rasika was very sweet, looking after us in every way she could. The breakfasts were fantastic, especially when we asked for Sri Lankan food. She does laundry and if you want to go on trips she can arrange these for you.

This place is very good for the price you pay. We stayed in the budget room and it is perfect. Comfy bed nice big outside, private bathroom, super clean , lovely garden and nice big breakfast. Not to mention the lady who runs the place is super super nice. great WiFi and also the location is spot on 😃😃

The lady who runs this place is super sweet! She made sure we had everything we needed and got us a motorbike rental. It was a close walk to restaurants and things on the main road.

If you're looking for a place to sleep in peace and close to the beach, this is it! I've tried several accommodations, but this was the best place to sleep. The nice owner arranged scooter for me and makes a great breakfast. There are also yoga classes right next door.

Loved the spacious room, the A/C, location was perfect, the property is on a street full of other hotels/hostels, equal distance from the beach and the main street of the town, we could easily wal everywhere, loved the peacocks and monkeys in the garden, the breakfast and our super nice host lady.

We had a wonderful stay the owners were lovely! In the morning we had super tasty Sri Lankan breakfast with fresh fruits. Location is great 3min from the main road so it is silent but everything is close by.

This place is great. The localization is perfect, close to the sea and the city center. The room is big, with hot water and air conditioning, good WiFi. The host was super nice and helpful. The breakfast was great, big, and in Sri Lankan style. I love it.
