The hotel has a new manager as of April 2024. He has plans to improve what is already a good place to stay. The bar does not have a license but he was happy to buy some beer in for us. The pool area is very nice and the location is quiet but close to some very nice restaurants. Overall a very pleasant stay of four days.

We spend here three nights in the end of our Sri Lankan journey. Great place to rest before long trip back home (Europe). Swimming pool clean and hotels team take care about it every day. Our room was located on the last floor, over reception desk (very peaceful, quiet and comfy). Special, HUGE THANK YOU for cook who came earlier (we left hotel at 5:00 AM) and prepare breakfast to take away for us (we got fresh made, hot omelets!!). Great place and staff.

Mosquito’s in room and by pool

Maybe because breakfast was served so early for them it wasn't the richest breakfast we had - but maybe if you have it at their standard times it has more food. We were still happy to have something to eat before we left. A good price for Negombo

The room was very big. The beds extremely comfortable and a good ceiling fan and a/c cooled down the evening. I really liked the bedroom area. The bathroom had a walk in shower with door which was quite a welcome change from most showers in Sri Lanka, though the bathroom needs refurbishment. The pool was very clean and a good option for some respite from the heat. We chose it for our last day in Negombo to relax a little. The garden is quite and green. They were very kind to allow to use the pool before check in time and also to serve us breakfast at 6.30am before catching our flight. Easy walking distance to the beach and the souvenir shops, though we took a tuktuk to visit the other areas of Negombo (you can use Uber in Sri Lanka and it works very well) An uber to the airport cost us about 2000lkr (6 euros) and was a 20min drive

Terence and Mangela made our stay very pleasant . Our room was large and comfortable Ashan was the breakfast star and kept us well fed and nothing was too much trouble for him. Nice clean pool and decent WiFi.

Very outdated, didn’t look hygienic, stains on the bed sheets, no good shower head, toilet was yellow, holes in the wall , airco was leaking.

The shower door didn’t seal & the bathroom flooded when I showered. Otherwise the room was comfortable.

The bar, as shown nicely on the pictures, was closed. Even for a drink. Also our room was on the main floor with a bamboo forest in front of the windows so we didn’t have daylight.

The light in the room could be better, if the lamps were changed. Toilet outdated. Also the cleaning under the bed could be better as well.

The AC is not as cool as it supposed to be and there were few mosquitoes in the room and cockroaches at night

This hotel was great. We only stayed for one night - got there late at night straight from the airport and left around noon, so didn't spend much time. Still the room was great, clean, with good shower and hot water. The breakfast was good - they actually waited for us until 11am with it. The staff was wonderful. I recommend it!

Swimming pool had a rough bottom. My daughter got hurt.

Staff was courteous. They cooked my special request meal for my infant. Comfortable beds. Good AC. Clean space.
