Nothing everything was perfect

We loved our stay at The Panorama, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was great and was set in a pretty garden with options for sunbathing and shade. We hardly left the property in the few days we were there! The food was absolutely top quality. Thank you Manjula 🙏 The delicious rice and curry and the most amazing sri lanka breakfast + a bbq one evening which was really tasty as well. All the staff were so friendly, kind and helpful. We will definitely be back to stay. Great place to stop on arrival or before departure, easy access to airport and negombo beaches etc.

The Panorama is a fantastic place to stay at the beginning or end of your holiday. It is a short transfer from the airport. The staff were exceptionally helpful, they met us at around 5am after our flight landed early in the morning. They didn't hesitate to give us a lovely late breakfast after our live-in after the flight! The owner was very helpful in recommending a boat trip to monkey Island on the lagoon , he organised a tuk tuk to take us to the boat. (A great trip, our two children ages 8 & 10 loved it). Our family room was very spacious with comfortable beds- gratefully received after a long night flight! There is a lovely little pool which was clean and great to cool off in. Highly recommended!

At the time of my checking around 6.00pm no one was visible. The restaurant area, front desk and lobby were deserted. I rang a bell and a guy came from upstairs. He was expressionless and look like a zombie. There was little verbal communication. About 11.15 pm I requested a water bottle as there was nothing available in my room and I got a rude reply saying no room service after midnight. Luckily I got my order next morning around 6.30pm. I think this place has hardly hit by ongoing economic crisis in the Island. But there should be better budget hotels in Negambo for the same price.

This place situated in wonderful place. I went to this hotel with my family on 2022.07.22. Hotel staffs are very friendly. Not too far to Browns beach. Foods are very testy. I enjoyed very much.

we stayed here for 7 days. staffs were good and friendly. Very helpful 👌 But Owner doesn't really talk a lot. He needs to improve on his customer service skills. Guy who worked at the kitchen didn't know how to make french toast and scrambled eggs. He cooked some traditional food and it was good. Last day of the stay he made some dry fish, I couldn't eat it because he didn't wash the dry fish properly and I could taste the sand. Please Improve the breakfast menu. Wi-Fi is horrible

We stayed 3 nights. For the price paid the hotel is more than good. The rooms are big, clean, the climate works, the water is hot. It is located almost everywhere. Breakfast is served fresh. The owners are nice, they help you with everything you need. Call with confidence and for tuk tuk, they have very ok prices. Personally I felt good and I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely be back

This place is an excellent location the staff are spectacular. We loved spending our last days here before going home and it was the perfect place to relax. The manager was amazing at keeping everyone informed about things during in the economic problems and couldn’t save more helpful.

The food wasn't appetizing and the bedsheets had a funky smell. The pictures on booking.com do not reflect the reality of what we found. It felt and looked quite run down.

The staff was helpful and very friendly. Location was good, close to the beach and restaurants. Ok for one night stay if you are on a budget but wondering if you could get more comfort somewhere else with a similar price.

fairly far from the beach as we need to cross busy road with little kid but we would not mind short walk anyways so would really treat it as minus

One one thing in particular. I thought the bedroom furniture was rather outdated. There was no real atmosphere at the property but there were plenty of guests. I was situated in the topmost room of the property up 2 flights of stairs and then outside across the roof.

The best thing about the property was the location which was just one road back from the beach area and there are a good selection of restaurants in the vicinity. There is a pool though I did not use it (charges apply for use though that was not a factor in not using) and nor did I eat at the hotel except for breakfast which I would say was average. The hotel manager and staff were all friendly and helpful with any questions.
