We had an amazing stay at this hotel two months ago. The manager was incredibly helpful and even helped my boyfriend plan a whale watching trip for my birthday. They also had the cutest dog!

The room was spacious and clean, and I really liked the breakfast. Great view from the rooftop! The AC worked great. You can’t really swim on the beach behind the hotel, but Mirissa beach is not far at all.

The room was quite spacious with all basic amenities, you get the sea view from the balcony. Staffs were very cooperative and the breakfast was an add-on. Loved it 😍 Overall a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

Although it is close to the beach, it's not an area for swimming, so you have to go into Mirissa which is a couple of kilometres away. Not a major issue as there are plenty of ways to get there. We hired a motor bike. You can walk.

Staff and accommodation were excellent. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A very clean well run place. Loved the Sri Lankan breakfast.

Little mold smell in the bathroom.

Kind, relaxed, helpful and open hotel manager + Team. They offered support if you need it. The breakfast (local) has been our best! Fresh juice, fruits, hot local dish and coffee/Tea. It was nice to have breakfast with others together outside in the lobby. Perfect view from the balcony with an ocean sound. They offer bicycles to drive to Mirissa town! The AC was strong but without a cold wind over night. The beds were comfortable!

Our room wasnt cleaned for the 4 days we were there and towels were not changed.

Staff were really helpful and polite. We arrived early hours of the morning and they made the process very easy for us. Room was a good size and gave us an extra bed for my 3 year old. Breakfast was nice, you had a choice of sri lankan or western breakfast and the fresh juice was always tasty. gave good advice on where to go and what to see and arranged tuk tuk drivers for us.

The staff of the property is excellent and we felt truly cared for during our 3 nights stay. The manager Eranga is extremely helpful and made sure our stay is comfortable. Always ready to help us with tuktuk, cab, bike and anything we needed. Good location, very close to the beach and accessible.

Unfortunately, I could not swim in the beach across from the resort as it had coral and lots of rocks.

Beautiful views from the balcony. The room was spacious, clean, and very well-maintained. I was fortunate to meet the owner Manu and his wife Nero. They are very friendly and helpful. It was wonderful to listen to the ocean at night and early morning. The beach is about a 5-minute TukTuk drive away. The views from the balcony and the rooftop area are amazing.

Hotel is hemmed in by other buildings including a multi-story partially built hotel which sadly spoils the sea view from the balcony. Currently no construction work going on so surroundings reasonably quiet. Would be good to have less plastic used for the breakfast pack-ups.

Clean, lovely hotel. Great staff, with good recommendations for places to visit. Good breakfast and location. Ideal for the price. Go to turtle beach, secret beach and coconut tree hill for sunset if you can

The WiFi in our room was weak, but it was OK for us :)

Our room 101 was clean and spacious. The Staff were friendly and attentive. The Srilankan breakfast was good. Additionally, the staff gave us at our last day a breakfast to-go, because we had to leave very early. That was nice!
