By food it took 15min to Ella but the the view from the terrace makes up for it

That was absolutely paradise in the middle of Jungle.The owner Amali was kind, helpful, humble and warm-hearted. Place for relaxing and enjoying. I absolutely recommend it.It must be a part of this paradise.

The bathroom didn't have a lot of hot water and it was smeeling a bit funny

The hotel is slightly outside the city but it is possible to walk there. It is in the middle of the jungle and you get to wake up with the sounds of animals waking up with the first sun. The host is very nice and available for any question. Great place!

The breakfast was the only point we didn't like much. I would suggest the owner to improve it. The first time we didn't have fresh juice so I asked about it for the second day, and a little bit bigger plates would be nice. Also there was a powder for coffee but only with hot water it was difficult to mix.

The guest house is in a beautiful and silent location surrounded by jungles and tea plantations. 15 minutes walk from the city where you will.find all cafés and bars. The owner was very nice and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable. The view in the morning is beautiful. On arrival the owner lady proposed to us the tea with cookies that was very sweet of her.

Pepper Garden is the perfect place to stay for a fantastic trip in Ella. Amali couldn’t have been more helpful, helping us to arrange a tuktuk for sightseeing’s and a transfer to our next destination. The breakfast was delicious, the room was cool and very comfortable, and we slept so well! Thank you, we will definitely be back & recommend to our friends!

Could be a bit cleaner, but it is also very humid so its easy things getting mouldy.

Super great location in the middle of the jungle, amazing view from the balcony, super friendly and nice host, very short distance to reach the city center Ella. Really recommend this guesthouse for a special experience.

The bed was too short. I hit my ankles on the wooden frame several times during the night . Whilst it's close to Ella centre, the approach road isn't really suitable for a car, difficult to turn around. Ok for a tuk tuk

A tree house like structure, jungle alll around, total peace and tranquility. The hosts were super efficient, attentive and made me feel welcome.. the toon was well equipped and breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again

The room is the perfect size for a family. Comfortable and with amazing views. It is a short walk into town but if you can’t be bothered or would like to go further Amali is a super host and can help you organize any type of transport you need.

It’s such a wonderful place. Beautiful views, wonderful people. Quiet and peaceful. It’s a 15 minute walk or a 5mins tuk tuk drive to town. Wi-Fi is great.

the location was incredibly! Nestled in the hills of Ella in the midst of a tea farm. the view is absolutely gorgeous. our host greeted us with tea and biscuits. she was so kind and accommodating!

This place has an amazing host!! She was so thoughtful, helpful in many ways, making our stay here even easier and more enjoyable. The room wiew is breathtaking, and you can also listen to the nearby animals during your breakfast. Although it's not next to a main road, the walk there from Ella station is 15min and at the end you walk through tea fields.

all was amazing…Perhaps access - couple of ups and downs, stairs and gravel. not ideal for older people or anyone with leg issues or crutches.

Ameli is a delightful host. She is very caring and gives you her best. The house is a little piece of paradise to those more adventurous and nature lovers. Feels like you are living on a tree house. amazing.

Beyond the expectations.... Well-organized room with a bunch of star-class facilities.. queen bed, and a bunk bed allows 4 pax to sleep in peace. The tea center, mini bar, hair drier, sound system, and neatly cleaned bathroom make no worries for you at all. The large window front opens to the garden and the scenic view is my favorite. Family service makes you feel home away from home. The specialty of Pepper Garden is homemade tasty meals with homegrown fruits for dessert. Amali, the owner, manager, and chef, does all duties alone with the help of family members. She looks after us with the utmost care and affection. The pepper garden is still young and growing. Yet only 4 guests can be accommodated on a sharing basis but soon will have more rooms with great harmony with the surrounding.

It's a steep walk and some steps down to the room, so not for people with injuries or difficulty walking. Quite damp but that's the environment.

Lovely room, you feel like you're in the jungle. Breakfast on your own terrace with views of jungle and tea fields. Adapter and hair dryer were provided Very nice lady, ready to help with anything Ella town is about 10 mins walk, but it's a steep road.

The only thing that could improve (if possible because of the climate) is that it is a little damp inside.

Loved the location. Feels like you are in a treehouse. Super quite and beautiful walk to town. The sweetest People Who help youbwith everthing. Great breakfast and great value for money.
