The room that I was staying in was not soundproof. I could hear the honking and kids were shouting around the swimming pool. It was bit of an inconvenience.

Water heater in the shower was not working. The staff replaced it quickly, but the replacement heater provided only lukewarm water. No hot water provided to the bathroom sink. The beds are very firm, with little padding in the mattress. Room was serviced only once over the course of five days.

Great location near the University of Peradeniya and the Botanical Garden. Good breakfast, although there was a somewhat limited selection of items in the buffet.

There were stains on the bed sheets, the upholstery on the chair in my room needed a clean, the bathroom really smelled, there was very little light in my room.

The reception could be little curteseous. The Restaurant staff is not upto the standars set by the advertisement. They could have done a better service specially when serving ordinary average foods.

Good value for money. Average reception and average house keeping. The kitchen staff specially the person who make hoppers is the best. The best hoppers in the country. The security staff is excellent and caring.

Stayed at the property for two nights. The room was as described and communicated to us. They accepted and made changes as per our last minute request too. The room had a few shortcomings but the staff service and kindness made up for it. They were very forthcoming. The food was quite good and the serving sizes were good too. It is very close to the Royal Botanic Gardens and both major Hospitals in Peradeniya. Recommended!

Parking, hotels doesn care about the parking of gust,

The parking is a huge issue, I had to wait from 2 pm to 4.30 pm to get my car to inside, with my family I was in the room without anything to get a change, and no any guide line or help from the hotel at least to get our bags while parking the car out side, my car was parked on the road without any safety, No enough space for parking

The staff were terrible. They didn’t know how to respect the customers and they behaved irresponsibly. The room boys forcefully tried to open the room door and tried to enter into the room without knocking or prior permission. The persons in the reception were very irresponsible and they gave us a wrong room and cheated on us by giving lower category. The bed is stony hard. There were patches in the walls and hot water didn’t work properly. No wifi at all and the balcony door lock was broken. There is a tv but no channel was working DON’T STAY AT THIS HOTEL. IT IS A TOTALLY WASTE OF MONEY

Spacious room , otherwise nothing worth to mention, definitely not worth money. They charged extra saying their USD rate is 320 when exchange rate is around 298 that day.Facilities are minimal. Never going to book again or recommend to anyone.

Service people got phone but it connects some where else and gets late to connect the wanted people.

Liked people on service. Food was excellent. I felt very safe place because Security on duty 24 hours. Can you please arrange me to get in touch with those two people were on service that night. thank you.
