Absolutely full of insects and I've travelled to more rural areas in sri lanka and it wasn't this bad. Also the lift didn't work for the entire stay! 😕 it was a little disappointing overall.

Room amenities were very basic and a bit outdated. Hygiene was not as expected (specifically bed linens and towels) in the room. Contrary to all other hotels we stayed in Sri Lanka, breakfast options were very little. Just to set the expectations, this hotel can be 2 or 3 stars maximum.

The location was great, literally in front of the beach. Despite being noisy due to the road, room balcony had a great ocean view.

The conjunction room door was not noise protected, you could hear every single word spoken in a normal voice.

Think it markets itself as 5 star. Certainly not this, but comfortable and good base for a stay in Mirrissa.

The ac units were situated in the hallway and then the noice transmitted into the room. The room was rather dated but did the job.

We booked for 2 days half board basis with the expectation that we will enjoy buffet dinner, but they served ala-a-carte basis. Buffet system is recommended for meeting the veritable choice of the guests.

Very near the vibrant Mirissa Beach. Sea can be watched from the balcony of the hotel as well. The beach is excellent, and it has easy excess from the property. Hotel staffs were very co-operative, and we enjoyed our stay over there,

The bathroom in the room should have been cleaned before we checked in. The beds were made, but the bathroom floor was dirty, the soap was still wet and in the shower and the shampoo hadn't been replaced. It's not major, but it was clear that it hadn't been cleaned.

The staff were lovely. Extremely helpful and friendly. The location was great, straight across from the entrance to the beach.

Maintenance of infrastructure. This is to be expected as Sri Lanka is recovering from a double whammy: COVID and economic collapse. So please come and visit Sri Lanka and help out the local economy. This will help enterprises such as Randiya to improve their services and give something back to the locals

Very helpful and professional staff especially Yacinthy, Nuwan, Mihi Rani and the boys at the resto bar. We were provided with a lovely breakfast when we checked out at 6 a.m. The assistant manager Lalith was helping out everywhere. He even acted as a guide to us to find the Secret Beach. Great beach right across the road. Overall a very fantastic stay.
