The lobby and common areas are in need of refurbishment. There were some insects that made it in to the bathroom.

The location is excellent. It is just across the street from the beach and restaurants. There is a tourist police station next door with a level crossing in front of it to get to the beach. The wonderful Badora spa is a short distance away. The staff is absolutely wonderful and do their level best to accommodate one’s needs.

This is an amazing hotel with outstanding customer service on all aspects ! Wonderful hotel, lovely rooms and lovely pool area. Hotel was very well maintained and all areas were well presented.The staff is friendly , the hotel is very clean , the food is delicious and there is an overall upscale feel to it! They have an awesome restaurant, great outdoor pool amenities and also laundry service. I had a fantastic breakfast at buffet. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Staff were so attentive. Went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic dining experience. Keep up the good work. Looking forward to visiting again soon.Overall an amazing experience! They all made me feel so special! I can’t wait to go back !

I stayed overnight in early october & was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the room with A/C & other amenities. It easy to find, on the main beach road & with quick access to the whale watching tours.Very nice & clean restaurant. Friendly staff. Thank you for the all staff so, I want to say if you travel to Mirissa don't forget to visit Randiya sea view restaurant. Big hotel room, nice pool & good food.Excellent staff. I will back again.😍

Shareery clean, wonderful and safety hotel❤ A wonderful hotel of European level. Responsive staff and individual approach to each guest. Perfect cleanlinesWs in the room, antiseptics EVERYWHERE, disposable accessories are available. The restaurant at the hotel prepares individually according to the requests of each tourist, taking into account all his wishes. The anti-covid measures carried out by the hotel will allow you not to doubt your safety. I will definitely come back here again.

All the staff were really helpful and friendly. We especially enjoyed the warmth and sweet personalities of Sasanker, Malki, Vishmi and Chamar. The kitchen staff was also friendly and the breakfast were delicious. The location is perfect as it is directly across from the beach with ample beach restaurants with a great vibe!

Not enough sun beds, large groups on coaches arriving using pool until 2am (not a problem, the issue was they were shouting from the pool up to others in their group on their balconies). Very loud music until 06.30am one night. The food wasn't great and took a very long time to arrive. Stayed here 3 nights and didn't sleep well.

the staff are very kind. They brought us fresh juice after our arrival, gave us the keys 2 hours before the checkin and gave us water bottles after our checkout. The rooms are very clean with good AC & bathroom. Beds are very comfortable. the swimming pool is very clean. The location is very good at Mirissa (1min to the beach walking) and there are many good restaurants, spa centers and super markets on the area. The breakfast was good. There also a lot of tuktuk at the entrance of the hotel if you need to go somewhere

the traffic noise was absolutely horrendous at night. all the staff except one spoke a version of English i could understand however whilst they seemed to understand the Indian and an eastern European version of English they certainly don't understand the English accent of English in other words they can make themselves understood in English but they don't understand English. i do not have a heavy regional accent. we found this common in sri lanka in hotels where the custom has been mostly eastern European and Russian the standard of decoration and maintenance was appalling in what could have been a nice hotel.

No WiFi on the room! I simply hate when services not provided are promised on website. Loud air condition. No cleaning of room during the stay. Pretty ugly room for the price we paid, they should put a bit more effort into this place if they take this 💰

The location is perfect, and pretty sound isolated from street noise. NO night clubs.

No hot water for shower. No enforcement of mask wearing, even for staff. Reception area and hallways are unpleasant. Very overpriced for what you get.

Right across the main road from the beach. View towards sea is nice, though obstructed by other buildings and trees. My room wasn't ready when I arrived and had to wait in reception for an hour. I was given a discount for this reason.
