We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Sri LankaThe security was informed of our arrival. The reception was also informed. The rooms were clean and quiet, bedding was clean. The bathroom has hot water. Meals are available both at the hotel and nearby restaurants. Natural and nice surroundings at the hotel outside.

United KingdomRoom is clean and comfortable. Aircon excellent. WiFi great. Food great. There is a shop in the grounds for snacks and drinks. This is a very quirky place to stay, the hotel is part of a family orientated park/garden/organic farm. I guess it's aimed mainly at kids, but i found it quiet enjoyable to pass time. It's a bit of the beaten track, but I think well worth it.

United KingdomThere is an expensive resort in the park for tourists( like us). This wasn’t a dislike, but a beer there cost a great deal more than a meal for two in the park restaurant.
This is a centre parks Sri Lankan version, not that we had realised. Quite a hoot. Lovely clean rooms. Very friendly attentive staff.

New ZealandThe only slightly negative thing was the last 1.6km of Road getting there. It has quite a lot of potholes. Reecha has everything that you need, but it is quite remote from anything else.
I stayed an a cabana and it was excellent. It had it’s own wifi router which worked really well. The restaurant had European food as well as Indian and Singaporean. The pool was good.

United KingdomThis is a great hotel based on an organic farm north of Kilinochchi. The owner has real vision for a hotel that has a lot to offer. The rooms are very comfortable and there are good restaurants, play areas for kids, space to walk round etc. Hopefully ReeCha will go from strength to strength.

New ZealandSituated in a holiday park the resort hotel is very clean and tidy. The staff was as friendly, caring and welcoming as one can be and made us feel like home. The restaurant & bar are excellent (great buffet & Sri Lankan breakfast) and the pool is kept in perfect condition and great to cool down. We’ve spent an additional night because we liked it so much. Jaffna and most of the northern sights are easy to reach by car or driver within 60-90min drive. We would definitely recommend and go again. Also very family-friendly.

CanadaThe shower platform not installed well, no hot water, the staff was nice but not understanding at all, food was horrible, most of the menu was not available, ordered and received different one, notice saying can pay by credit card but accepting only cash. Overall very bad experience.
Only the Air-conditioning was amazing. Also it was so clean.
