In the shower you had to stand very close to the wall but the pressure was ok.

The bed was comfortable and there were cafes close by. It was easy to get a cab to explore the city from here.

Room is advertised as with a balcony but very large tree right in front of it means sitting out wasn’t worth it. But other than that, room was good.

Great size room and well equipped. Staff were lovely and helpful and breakfast was good and big portions. Short tuktuk to the train station and Colombo fort.

Sadly the fitness room wasn't useable. I didn't find the location super convenient.

The bathroom in particular was really nice, the balcony was perfect for two and and AC worked very well. Staff were friendly and breakfast was very tasty.

The noise from the road and the external air conditioning units spoilt the level of comfort we experienced.

The staff were lovely and very accommodating. We arrived on a flight through the middle of the night and the attendant on the front desk waited for us and let us in. Recommendations were made for a great lunch and shopping experience. We appreciated this.

This place obviously saw the best times ;( broken safe, swollen plaster on ceiling, leaking hole where water from A/C drops on the floor, moldy refrigerator, no minimum cleaning.

When we entered the room, there were deficiencies such as water and soap, but they provided very quickly. hot water did not flow, we had to take a shower with cold water. We could not report this as it was close to check out time. At night, the sound of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner was loud from the balcony, but it was not continuous.

Especially the employee carrying the suitcases was very polite and fast. receptionists were helpful. The room was big and had beautiful furnishings. The location was quiet despite being central. cleaning was good.

Not in a very interesting area, it's quiet a high end neighbourhood and quite a long walk to the coast and other attractions so you'll need a tuk tuk.

The first room I stayed in had a noisy air-conditioner, and while I was upgraded to a larger room the air-conditioner in that one didn't seem to be working. But the staff helpfully gave me yet another room, and this one was comfortable. I noticed that a technician came by to fix the other air-conditioners, so hopefully they are working well now.

Me and my whole family had head lice which was ort of annoying because it was our first day there and the next day woke up me my wif and 2 kids with itch heads which discussed me
