Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IndiaThe entrance is not good. The rooms are big but the AC is not of adequate capacity. The room is provided with a seating space but without any AC or fan making it inconvenient to use for the desired purpose. There is no lift in the property, which is another inconvenience for the tourists. Maintenance of the rooms, toilets, restaurant is not up to the mark.
The property is centrally located, not far from the beach.

IndiaBalcony was very very small....just fitting two chairs horizontally....can't even stretch your legs. Also the balcony had a glass covering and door!! So it's an entrance technically and not a balcony.

really nice appartement, clean and big place to stay for a group. it is well equiped if you want to stay a few days in Mirissa. it was beyond my expectation. the staff was really helpful and would always be there if i needed help. great location 10 minutes walk from the beach of Mirissa. would recommend anytime.

Rooms are very beautiful and huge great ambiance in the hotel restaurant and bar . they arranged whale watching tour for us it was amazing. thanks for everything ! we will definitely come again..
