Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Sri LankaSatellite tv doesnt work. I think that would be better for fixing another local antenna for television. Although there was a tv. It doesnt work,because of disconnected satellite tv connection.
location is good. Rooms are very clean. Quite. Ac conditions is well. Bathroom & bed and whole room is very clean.. bed is very comfortable. Cabana/ single room is best. There is no any disturbs.. Highly recommended. room Service is best.

IndiaDue to lack of my Sinhalese speaking skills, There was bit of a language barrier with the staff.
I absolutely loved my stay at this property. So beautiful and a quick walk from a canal where I would often sit in the evenings with a book in my hands and feet in the water getting nibbled by fishes. Staff is very polite and friendly. There are also multiple small grocery shops nearby to get snacks from. Resort also offers food which is tasty and in line with restaurant prices outside. I ended up staying the whole week and would 100% recommend anyone passing by.

They can organize the safari for you. If you want to explore Udawalawa, I recommend this place for everyone. For solo travelers also.

Italy- We booked Safari Queens resort, but once there it was closed and no one was there. We were not informed at all. We asked our driver to contact them and we have been sent to a different hotel - the room was not comparable vs the one booked (smaller, not independent)
