The facilities are very well equipped. The only unfortunate situation was staying at one of the rooms facing the main street, which gets quite busy, even during the night.

The family taking care of the property are super kind. The service is very well done, and they are always open to answer questions about the city. the breakfast was delicious.

Good location, walking distance to everything. The staff were really friendly and kind. When we were leaving they gave us a lovely little present each which was very sweet. The room was clean and comfortable.

A personal attention every day. The best recomandations on what to see, where to eat and have a massage. Property close to the beach, 5 min walk. Good breakfast. Would love to come back.

The main road can be noisy. This wasn’t a problem for me. Perhaps consider bringing some ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

I stayed here for 6 nights as it was extremely close to the dive centre I was going to. The staff were extremely attentive throughout my stay, making sure all my needs were met. The room was spacious, clean, well loved and had constant hot water. Towels and bedding were changed during my stay and I was offered a complimentary coffee and snacks as well as a parting gift which was a lovely touch. The breakfast was nice and they have the option to do washing (good price compared to other local laundry services) The beach is just a short walk away and I was provided with beach towels at no extra cost. I felt so comfortable staying here and would recommend to anyone who wants to spend some time here, especially if you want to do your PADI course!

Everything was perfect. Staff was very welcoming. We have got free drinks upon arrival, pancakes with tea and bye-bye gifts during our stay. We had room with air conditioning and private balcony for around 38$ per night which was definitely worth the price paid. Due to trees you couldn’t see the sea. Private fridge-freezer in the room as well. Nice and comfortable bed and bedding. There was one nice window to the garden view also. Room was much better than we expected by pictures. We had all kitchen equipment, tea, coffee, sugar in the room. We have got extra beach towels which was changed every day. Great constant hot water. I am very fussy but could not found any cons. Definitely recommend if visiting Unawatuna. Beach just across the road, 1 minute walk. Place is safe as well because equipped with cameras and safe for money in the room.

The location is convenient for getting quickly onto the beach but there is a lot of road noise from tuktuks, mopeds and buses in the daytime

Lovely family, very clean rooms. They can provide breakfast if wanted. It's slightly on the edge of Unawatuna but still an easy walk to the beach, shops and loads of restaurants. I felt very safe there.

The traffic

Friendly hosts, very caring. The place was spotlessly clean. The communal terraces you so don’t need to book a balcony room. I didn’t really want my breakfast so they gave me bottles of water. They gave me a cute purse too when I left.

Great place, literally just a two minute walk from beautiful Unawatuna Beach. Nice rooms, friendly and helpful hosts who speak good English, fast wifi, I recommend it.

We thought the property was a little overpriced for the facilities given for example you needed to pay extra for aircon and breakfast etc.

The room is cozy and very clean. The home owners are very friendly and very nice. Location is perfect its nearby the beach bars & restaurant to save a tuktuk or taxi. They gave cute gifts when we checked out. Highly recommended.

Amazing service. The family are so lovely and friendly. Unfortunately, my partner was a little bit unwell but they were so accommodating and did their best to get us anything we needed. The property is also very tidy and clean, and a very short walk to the beach! Would stay again

the neighbor's barking dog ;) the mattresses could have been more comfortable but it doesn't affect the overall extremely positive impression

the value for money is amazing: the staff are extremely nice and helpful, the breakfast is tasty and big and it's literally 5mins away from the beach. one of the cleanest places we've been to. there's also a fridge available to guests which is amazing given the high temperatures.
