Everything was wonderful - especially the amazing hosts. There was some noise at night from neighbouring hotels/beach bars but I guess that is to be expected in the area & can happen anywhere you stay in Mirissa. I would happily stay here again and recommend to others.

This guest house was a wonderful place to stay. Great location - just a few minutes walk to Mirissa Beach or the town hub. Wonderful hosts - always smiling and happy to help with anything. The room was spacious and the aircon worked well. There was even a kettle in the room for you to make yourself tea. Wonderful breakfasts served on your terrace/balcony (a little different each day). We hired a scooter too to explore the area.

Property very close to the beach with a view to the small garden. Outside of a room is a table where you can eat and sit at the evening. Very big comfy bed. Kettle with tea available, also b-fast at ones wish. There is an fan at the ceilling which for me was good to cool down the hot nights. Extremely nice and helpful owners but in a very kind and subtle way. Helping when you need help but not pushy in any way. They can organise safari at closest National Park in Udawalawe with secure car and jeep drivers or drive you anywhere closeby with tuk tuk.

This wonderful little gem, run by the sweetest family, was exactly what I was looking for. Warmly recommend!! The family was some of the best people I've met on all my travels, in full honesty. As I was moving out, they were installing brand new AC's in all the rooms btw! Do visit! Victor

Some noise from bars and street,

Simple guest house, close to beach. Good value for money in Mirissa. Lovely family, very helpful, can help organise trips and Mum Cooked a lovely evening meal. AC worked well.

Very welcoming family. Large spacious room and bed. Hot shower, aircon and fan. Breakfast was brought up to my balcony in the morning which was lovely. Always happy to help with booking trips and arranging transport. Many thanks !

Nothing, all was ok

We had a delightful stay at the guest house! The local food was fantastic, and the owner and family were incredibly kind and helpful. With the beach just a short distance away, it was a perfect location. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

This place, but especially the people are amazing! We had the warmest welcome with tea and they helped us with all our questions, and more! Very good sri Lankan breakfast, comfy big bed, spacious and clean room; would recommend! Also very close to the beach and Scooter (&tuktuk?) rental for a fair price and they offer whale watching tours too. We will come back here for sure, can't wait!

There's no real negatives for this place. At the price charged with this location and comfy bed and tasty breakfast you can't go wrong.

Tasty breakfast and different each day of our three days there. The owners/family are lovely. Nice people and very helpful. Room had nice cold AC and a comfy bed with a mosquito net. Good water pressure in the shower. For this price point the room is good value for money, the location is excellent. Close to the beach and some lovely cafes ( Oh La La was a favourite). We rented their scooter for the day to have a look around and they arranged transport for us with a tuk tuk to Weligama to catch the train back to Columbo.

Everything was good here. The stuff very friendly and Do always the best for you! Located 1 Minute to Coral beach and a few more minutes to mirissa beach. The breakfast was delicious and was different every Day! :) You can also book some Tours with them like Whalewatching. We would highly recommend this family as they treat you like a Part of them:)

Nice hosts. Large clean room on the first floor with the terrase. The beach is very close in minutes to walk. All needed places are close as well. A great value for money.
