Nothing to criticise

Very nice hotel in a good area. Lovely cafe 1min walk away for lunch and breakfast. Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Bathroom had a hot water shower. The area had everything we needed but was also quiet. Really enjoyed our stay.

Slight issue with finding a cockroach in the bathroom but the host gave us some spray to sort it very quickly and was very helpful throughout

Great hotel to explore the area, host was very helpful and bikes are free to have for the day! Facilities are free to use, e.g. washing machine, washing powder and dryer. Good sized room and decent WiFi

Very friendly manager, room was good and clean, with an access to the terrace. Do not miss free bicycles available! (they are comfortable, we tried:) NB: we had late check-in and tried to go by foot from the bus station, but met a group of barking dogs on the short path suggested by Google Maps, so I would advise to order tuk tuk if you arrive at night despite the hotel is so close to station :)

I really enjoyed my two-night stay here. It was the most comfortable room of the trip thus far. I also made use of the bicycles which they make available at no cost to tour the ancient sites and see some of the lovely area around Anuradhapura. They also let me use the washing machine, which was very helpful. There’s a very good restaurant and coffee shop across the road. The staff were charming.

Perfect location for accessing the old Anuradhapura sites. There were free bikes that worked great and it was easy to get to the sites with them. Our hosts were very kind and helpful, and attended to any needs we had right away. There was also free drinking water available and this was a great touch. Thank you!

I think it was just one off thing but some guests were noisy a bit in that night. Other than that everything was fantastic. Again it’s nothing to do with the place but perhaps how to manage those situations. Thanks

Place was clean and comfortable. Staff was amazing and dinner was great too. Very helpful and friendly staff and they organised a tuk tuk for me to go to Jayasri maha Bodiya as well at a reasonable cost.

Spent only one night in this nice, well located guesthouse. The room was clean, a/c And hot water ok; the garden And the terrace offer a cozy atmosphere. But the plus is the staff very warm and kind and his delicious kitchen.

This hotel has high cost-perfomance included thier hospitality and kindness. The biggest obstacle in my trip to Sri Lanka was transportation, but they told me the order to the hotel before arrival. Room is beautiful, hot There is no problem with the water pressure of the shower, and the hot water is solid. meal is also nice. We rented a bicycle and toured the temples of Anuradhapura. Finally,he consulted us about the next itinery and helped us get on the bus, which is difficult for travelers. Many thank, Amira-san!!

Nothing, everything was great.

This is a great place to stay to explore Anaradhnapu. Our room was huge & very clean with a balcony, kettle & tea/coffee. There is a lounge area & kitchen for guests to use & also a washing machine is available for free. Amilla, the host, also has bikes for guest use, again no charge. Great location, easy to cycle around the ancient city & also short walk to town. Great value for money & lovely host.

Chairs and the desk in the room are not very well suited for work. The view from the window overlooks the backyard of local neighbours, which is pretty pointless to chill in the balcony. TV worked, but there was no service. Can't use powerful AC full night because it gets too cold.

Amila was very helpful with everything I needed. You can cook, wash your clothes, there is even unlimited drinkable water for you. WiFi is enough to have video meetings. Pretty convenient and cheap take-out 200m away that works late. Free bikes, use them even if they look like falling apart. The experience of biking around the Sacred City will be a nice memory.

We had a very spacious and well furnished double queensize room with very comfortable bed equipment . Towels and sheets were in perfect condition. A very nice balcony accessible from the main hall is open for guests, the neighboarhood is green an quiet. 24h service by a superfriendly and helpful young man, Amila, and his collegue Helman is available.
