Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdom- It was very noisy, I could hear the star talking at midnight and people walking around - not good sound isolation so I didn't sleep well - The electricity went down couple of times at night, and even though I had all my lights and air con off every time they restarted it the air con would start beeping loudly to restart. That happened about 10 times one night. - At breakfast they didn't specify that black coffee goes for extra charge, only "Sri Lankan coffee" is free.
Great breakfast and room was nice, clean and spacious.

Hong KongThe wait time for food was long and the room was not refreshed during a 3day stay. WiFi was sometimes slow.
Friendly, helpful staff and they helped us to organise scooter rental, whale watching and a driver for an onward journey. The room was spacious and comfortable. Food in the rooftop restaurant was tasty and attractively served.

PortugalVery bad experience with the manager and reception, lack of understanding and solving the situation. Money is obviously the Key priority and felt like tourist trap hotel. -At the check in our reservation had 2 less people (we where four), because we made a mistake and forgot to add 4 people, so we had 2 rooms with couple beds reserved with breakfast included. We explained the mistake and try to solve the situation (because in Booking.com the price was cheaper). So the hotel wanted us to pay extra 30000 rupees (90$) per each person, per day!! Just for the breakfast. We didnt accept and stayed just with 2 breakfast for the 2 person included. First the breakfast is just one plate per person, if you are a big guy and like to eat is not much, you will be hungry. And second you could order the same plates for only 3/4$! Wich felt like a bit scam wanting to charge the 15$ at the time of check in. -we tried to rent 2 motorcycles but it took 3 hours and we ended up going by tuk tuk

EstoniaWe had to wait an hour past our check in time to get to our room. Staff is a a bit clueless/slow. the wifi connection is very poor. Only works when you stand by the door. Do not recommend having food from the hotel bar.
The deluxe room was okay, plenty of space.

RussiaI would recommend to find laundry in different place, but maybe it was only mine unfortunate case.
Very cozy and clean rooms. Shower with hot water and good pressure! You can rarely find it on Sri Lanka) So this is a really huge bonus. Cool rooftop with good Wi-Fi . Breakfast was also nice. And really friendly staff. Worth the money 💯

Switzerlandwhen we were looking some awesome place through booking eventually we found the place through booking.com and wow that s things we expected because everything’s was perfect because they have very modern cleaned room and sea view balcony and its very near from the beach and main rd so they have good calm and quiet environment to stay with awesome vibes . and another things is what a amazing best rooftop in Weligama with good food . so i can highly recommend this place who prefer to have good environment with calm and quiet with chilling . thank you scenic bay team for make our holiday remarkable one .
