It is a Hotel and an outside restaurant straight on the beautiful beach! Owner and Staff are amazing, very friendly, helpful and trustworthy. Food and drinks are also great and fresh!

Location was amazing, private beach with short walk up to coconut hill. Chef kokkilo was in his element whipped up some excellent dishes for our stay. Staff went over and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Sadeem the host was amazing. Would definitely visit again

Very poor value for money, way too high a price for the level of comfort and cleanliness. Food is OK, service OK too but could also be improved for that price. Could be a great place with a little more effort on cleaning and comfort, and professional hospitality.

Though location of property us perfect, we had so much expectation but , it is not at all very well managed. Property around this is more clean and spacious. You Will see many restaurant Staff on the ground but when you ask for something, They will just ask someone to do and didn't even bother if request is served or not. It was looking all of them were just going for money for different visitors coming as this sea facing property. We didn't expected such service even paying too much. Beware of your belongings if giving for room service.

Food is good, good breakfast options but very limited even gets over before time. Do not allow to fill your water bottle, I mean drinking water is free in the world but they expect you to pay double for water bottle. Room was spacious and comfy, very good view specially in morning. Very scenic points around property at beach side with just walking distance.

The toilet and vanity were also outside which was difficult given the ambient temperature. In one way it was a cute loft set up but it had lots of unusable space and the AC really struggled being in the roof. Also smoke from the kitchen also comes through. Perhaps if this were our first stop we might not have been so critical but the breakfast and staff were also just nowhere near what we had experienced throughout the country. We knew it was a touristy area but there are so many random extra charges for everything that was not present anywhere else. The photos are way over done, there are some gorgeous spots but if it were me it would be a drop in not a long stay.

Didn't get a sea view room for which our booking was confirmed for. Instead we got a room in the backyard facing the kitchen area. Very limited food options. Maybe max 15 items in the menu card and they don't serve local Sri Lankan cuisine. We had a whale watching early morning, so couldn't have the complimentary breakfast. They didn't provide anything complimentary in return and even charged for water bottles. We went to the sitting area and took a table to order some food but we were asked to sit somewhere in the side as that table was apparently reserved for European or Russian tourists. Overall the owner was a white skin pleaser and the staff members were good and trying best to keep us happy, however their hands were tied because of the owner.

Outside area, no garden just cluttered and unkempt. Broken or very dirty sunbeds. Beach area was not private as advertised No spa as advertised Restaurant food expensive and mediocre.

Location - beach right outside the hotel, near to bars, sights and the favourite spots Staff - very pleasant and friendly staff ready to help. Always with smiles and pleasant greetings Food - very good food and good choices available. We also enjoyed a very good traditional New Year breakfast

The price was more than what it should be .. 50$ per night was too much for it, I could find the same with much cheaper prices

The A/C remote didn't work, the fan stopped working. The railings were covered in rust which during the raining season is dangerous since you could slip and cut yourself.

Breakfast was very good, we had the Sri Lankan options and they were delicious. They offered free snorkelling gear and the hotel was in an optimum location to visit the a lot of places in Mirissa.

Horrible access road, everything uncared for, bedroom was dark and super basic, it was sea facing but no sea view as advertised, bathroom was below basic, way overpriced. Nesta me how it can have such a high review.

Not much to like to be honest, it's beach front but the area is so unclean and uncared for that you don't want to be there. The staff are really friendly.

We asked for a taxi when we checked out of the hotel. We were going to Galle. He took 11 from us for the road which was 5 thousand rupees. We didn't know the taxi prices as it was our first experience. Do not use the taxi attached to the hotel.

The rooms are quite simple and our room was infested with mosquitoes. I’m not lying, we had more than 60 mosquitoes (I know the number, since I spent half an hour killing them and counting). The staff helped us then.

The location is just amazing. The beach is absolutely gorgeous and the restaurant/bar is super beautiful. Loved the puppies. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The juice there is super delicious.

The Bathroom had mold on the walls. the taps were dirty and it did not have trash can in the bathroom nor in the room. The small fridge was noisy and it did not work. The room has cables on the ceiling and it looked like they hadn’t installed the lights. To make things worse, my wife woke up in the middle of the night with a cockroach on her arm. When we complained they only made a 10 per cent of discount. When we booked the room the photos shown did not resemble the room they offered at all. We were very disappointed and we do not recommend this hotel at all. it did not meet our expectations.

The room wasn’t clean, had no wardrobe or place to keep stuff. The bathroom drainage was blocked by hair. It’s definitely not worth the price.

The day we came the room was clean and cozy. As we were staying for 3 days room was getting messed up with sand we took in with our feet and it would be great of they did cleaning every day.

The location was great, friendly people and nice service.
