I had best time at Selyna Sky Terrace! The breakfast was definitely the highlight of the trip.. So was the view! Place was clean, beds very comfortable. Nothing to complain about :)

Nothing, everything was great.

Selyna was a very nice and friendly host and her accommodation was very clean and beautiful with a nice view from the hill. Still it was close to the city centre (reachable by foot).

Everything was very nice!

The house is in an amazing area, on top of a hill, in a very quiet area. The atmosphere there is amazing, Selyna is one of the best hosts I ever encountered. She is calm and very friendly. The room was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The breakfast with a view made our day. I am kind of afraid of dogs and I found here Ollie, the most playful and cute dog ever. I’m saying this for future guests who are terrified by the Sri Lankan stray dogs. Ollie is a house dog, with pedigree. He is amazing and you don’t need to be afraid of him. The property is 5-7 min away from the city centre by tuk tuk. I truly recommend staying a bit outside the hustle of the city center as it can be very annoying, crowded and noisy.

Excellent localization! In top of the hill, that is why even when this is close distance, going up the hill is tiring so better use tuk-tuk. Very kind lady serving the place. Rooms comfy and clean. Tasetfull breakfast. Highly recommend! P.S. Lot of monkeys around and 1 cool dog :)

Nothing, it is perfect.

Location is amazing in the heart of Kandy, still quite and easily accessible with tuktuk or car. Spectacular view on the city, really comfortable facilities, clean and big room. I think most modern place, where we stayed in Sri Lanka at all. Selyna is really nice and served delicious breakfast to us. We were really sad that we stayed only 1 night, it was a pity. Next time definitely will stay more nights!

The only thing that could have made our stay better was maybe if there was air conditioning, but that is minor and would not stop us from staying again. It was not too hot anyway and there was a fan.

Selyna was a lovely and very welcoming host, she greeted us with fresh juices and her cute dog! She suggested places to visit in the city when we asked for advice. The room was lovely, clean and spacious - we couldn’t have asked for more. The view was amazing and as was the breakfast.

Selyna is incredibly kind and helpful, and her property is so lovely! The rooms were clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the family dog was absolutely adorable. It’s about a 20 minute walk into town, or a short tuktuk ride. I would highly recommend this property for anyone staying in Kandy.

Selyna is the friendliest and a very helpful host :) Amazing breakfast which you get to enjoy from the terrasse with a beautiful view. Some monkeys might even stop by, but luckily Oli (the owner's dog) will keep them at bay ;-) Would come back any time!

We loved everything about Selyna's place. Selyna is a lovely host and amazing cook, the view is fantastic, the appartment is spacious and private, the town centre is in walking distance, there is lots of interesting wildlife around and Ollie the dog is adorable. Would absolutely recommend staying here!
