Amazing location , great pool, good food , very clean accommodation and really nice and professional staff. We were a group of friends and everyone was very helpful, nice and caring. We received great advices for our trip. We want to thank the staff for everything and, especially many thanks to Kumar. It was the best stay in Sri Lanka for us and we would definitely come back. We stayed only 2 nights but we recommend more than a 2 nights stay. We highly recommend Sevanagama as it is a wonderful, peaceful location with great people. 😊

Everything was perfect! We loved everything about our stay in Sevangama! The team was incredibly friendly and supportive with everything that we needed and would organize taxis, Tuk Tuks and also activities if needed. The food was amazing and we would definitely recommend having dinner there as well. The location was perfect and we loved waking up and falling asleep to the sounds of the surrounding nature and the overall serenity of this place. However, it is a little outside of the center of Habarana and it will take a few minutes to get there by foot, but you can always ask the team to organize transport to bring you anywhere. For us it was the perfect starting point for all our activities.

So peaceful. An absolute haven. Wildlife amazing (birds, monkeys & the odd elephant). The hotel is behind some rice fields & you can walk immersed in nature. The staff (especially Kumara) were so helpful & kind. Kumara arranged all out taxis & tuk tuks. Easy access to Sigirya, Pollonnaruwa and Dambulla. Wild elephants seen at the side of the road, monkeys galore, iguanas & amazing bird life. The food was outstanding.

I think to bring it up to the next level, perhaps a proper coffee machine and someone trained on how to make them. I would have loved a masala chai tea but from what I’m noticing, perhaps it’s not something that’s very big in Sri Lanka, compare to India and Nepal. Lots of flies while eating, but this is something they can’t help.

I really loved this place and wish I could have stayed an extra night. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The interior/design was simple but beautiful. The food was really good and rooms were big and comfortable.

The location of the property is far from the main road and access to the property at night without your transport is not very good. We had a small hitch on check in as the hot water system had a failure, which was corrected the next day. We did not use the swimming pool as is did not have filtration system.

The staff at the hotel were helpful and the food (breakfast and dinner) were prepared to our liking and preference. We were able to taste different Sri Lanka food as this was our first stop of our trip.

the wifi wasn’t very good but that wasn’t too bad for a couple of days to disconnect. It was annoying when needed to organise things though. was good enough for WhatsApp message but anything more than that was a struggle.

it was so peaceful and relaxing. we felt like we were the only ones there most of the time and you could just hear wildlife and no human noises. the staff were all so friendly and helpful. the food was delicious and the room lovely. it was nice as even if jt was raining you could sit in your porch/ the restaurant area and enjoy the sound of the rain. the staff helped us organise any trips to nearby places too and made sure tuktuk drivers didn’t mug you off

Amazing stay at Sevanagama. The place is beautiful with a nice tropical garden, a lovely swimming pool and a beautiful house. The location is perfect to visit the area, the room is spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable. Huge thanks to the staff and the local manager for an amazing service, always available and super friendly. The dinner and the breakfast are delicious. Human-sized place, highly recommended !
