Wow amazing value for a unique experience camping out under the stars on a comfy double bed! Bonfires at night, the host and family will take you out sight-seeing and to local functions, and the food is great with super cute dogs (quiet) - one of the best stays I've had in, Sri Lanka yet it was also the cheapest!

This is the best accommodation camp for a tourist in Sigiriya, which is located in a very beautiful environment and has an attractive charm. The owners of the lodge are very friendly and treated me like a family member. The environment in which this place is located gave me a unique experience with the birds and birds in the surrounding environment, including peacocks, vultures, and many other birds and small birds that I had not seen before. It could be seen around. After I finished visiting Pidurangala and Sigiriya, the fact that I was staying in a place where I could go to valuable places like Ritigala and Kaludiya Pokuna in a short time was a big help for me. When I talk about the facilities of the tent, it was good for the money I paid. It was a very good little one. It is also about having toilet facilities and toilets very clean. That night I wanted to enjoy traditional Sri Lankan food and learn about it. They gave me the opportunity to do that. It was a very tasty and quality meal. The best tent for a holiday in Sigiriya.

Kind, friendly and caring hosts (Saliya and Nadeeka) are what you primarily need when camping and are prepared to go all out for you. The camping site offers the basic luxuries in the outdoors for a reasonable cost. One should not miss the cooking demonstrations conducted by Nadeeka. Do not forget to taste her food while you enjoy your own cooked meal. The electrical outlet inside the tent comes in handy to charge any electrical devices. The single electronic bulb inside the tent for one or two persons is sufficient to provide a cozy feeling in the camping site bordering the forest. The tent consists of a foam mattress for a good sleep after an adventurous day. The camping site is secured by an electric fence that keeps away our friendly giants (Elephants). The site is also situated a 5-10 mins drive to Sigiriya and Pidurangala., 30- 45mins drive to Minneriya National Park. There's ample parking available but I managed to get my motorbike right up to the camping tent. They also provide ground to put up your camping tent. Towels, bed linen and body soap will be provided as basic amenities. An outdoor shower makes it the best experience in a dry wind region. It is commendable how the washroom is kept clean at all times by the staff. It is definitely a place I would be going to camp again.

Amazing experience in a tent in the middle of the trees But you have to be ready for it... I wasn't! Of course there is a lot of noise of the animals (not identified), wind and few cars far away But it was a super experience: staff amazingly kind, there was the birthday of the host daughter and they involved us and shared the cake, it was ready to propore new things to eat and try, I liked his good vibes (The shower is open in the wildness, loved it)
