Dambulla itself is very quiet so we needed tuktuks to get us up to where a few restaurants were. The room was a bit tired and could have done with a refresh but excellent value for money despite this for a place to lay your head.

The staff were incredibly friendly, location great for the Cave temple. Pool an excellent addition.

There was a wedding on one day which took over the hotel, the music was loud! On our last day, a bus full of children arrived and took over the pool, and then stayed the night and took over the hotel. Hotel is used for local events, and not just tourists, and as the hotel is small, this has an affect.

Very close to Dambulla Cave Temple, and Sigiriya Rock Fortress is easily reachable by tuktuk. Food was good and staff were pleasant and welcoming, although communication with some staff was difficult. Lovely pool which we were lucky enough to have to ourselves for a couple of afternoons. Wonderful views from the balcony of the deluxe family room, and some amazing bird life to watch.

They should have lift system if possible as for my family they are bit older people so it was bit difficult to go to our room.

The view from the pool area and room was really fantastic. Especially when clouds come in. Breakfast was normal. They have omlette, sausages, some curries etc. But taste was normal not that bad not that good. They have fridge in their room.

Not usable structure of room, personel who does not understand English (ex we receive different dishes in the restaurant than we ordered), restaurant with only few bewerages like Coca Cola, sprite, no juices, no beer (even non-alcoholic), very long time of waiting for warm water

Little insects in the room because of the location in the middle of the mountains and nature. Little far from downtown, because it"s located high.

The view from the balcony was mesmarizing with monkeys, beautifull birds and scuirls. Good warm shower and nice bed. The best breakfast in Sri Lanka. Host is really sweet and helpfull.

Cleanliness could be improved a little bit.

The swimming pool is great. Breakfast and dinner from the kitchen are really tasty. Location is fine as well for visiting the main places in the Cultural Triangle. Staff also facilitated the tours and vehicle drivers for visiting these spots.

Nothing to dislike as such, just as I said the room was rather small.

I stayed in room #202, a rather small room to be honest but I was only there for 2 nights. The room came with a kettle, tea / coffee, refrigerator, a/c, tv, and good wifi. The washroom needs attention, it was clean but not exceptionally so. The food I ordered was delicious, very well presented and fairly priced also. They had a good extensive menu to order lunch / dinner.

I hoped it would be cleaner overall. The room sink was leaking so there was a strong sewage smell. Sri Lankan people burn their garbage and unfortunately the neighbor was burning his stuff right next to our bedroom so some smoke came into the room.

Food was very nice. It was surrounded by beautiful nature. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was nice. It’s close to the tourist attractions.

The staff were very friendly especially the receptionist and restaurant manager. They arranged airport taxi for us as well as an early checkin. The location was safe and the room has good air conditioning.
