The 2 rooms are nestled in a lush garden just minutes walk to the Dambulla Cave temples. The highest quality and perfectly maintained facilities. Cleanliness next level. Hosts were so friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. And Madhu’s food was glorious. I will definitely be back and encourage people to stay a few nights in this peaceful sanctuary

I recently stayed at this charming place and had a wonderful experience. Although it is not far from the city, it remains quiet and calm, providing a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the owners were friendly and welcoming. The facilities met all our expectations, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I can highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay. It's definitely value for money.

As a local couple we went there on 13th May 2024, Location was very calm and quiet, Bedroom and Bathroom were very clean and new. Air conditioning, television, hot water and hair drier was available there. Food was delicious and the way serve food was eye catching. Owners were very friendly and kind people. Prices were very reasonable. We hope to go there again.

This is an extremely clean property near the cave temple. It is nestled in the midst of greenery. Madhu, Sanjay were very supportive and gracious. They prepared breakfast and dinner spread to suit our dietary preference (vegetarian). Their german shepherd is very well behaved and gave us joy.

The hosts were wonderful — they were prompt in replying to our messages and tended to our needs. The breakfast we were served was delicious. The bed was comfy and the place was extremely clean.

The floor in the shower was slippery, otherwise we would have given 10/10.

We stayed one night (end of March 2024) in the Simoya Nature Park. This was our first day in Sri Lanka and we had a transfer organized by Simoya Nature Park from the Colombo airport to the hotel for a reasonable price. The transfer went very well and we arrived early in the morning at the hotel. Although the check-in was much later, the hosts were so nice and allowed us to check-in earlier, as well as welcomed us with a nice and delicious Sri Lankan breakfast on the terrace. We also had dinner and the food was very tasty! We loved it! The hosts gave us tips what we can see around the hotel, and later in the day the owner Sanjee also drove us to the Sigiriya rock and other sightseeing locations. On the next day Sanjee drove us to Kandi and we did a sightseeing tour on the way. Overall we can recommend this small hotel due to its peaceful location (in the jungle with monkeys, peacocks etc. walking in the near proximity, walking distance (5-10 mins) to the Dambulla Royal Cave temple, and of course very friendly and caring hosts. Our children enjoyed the nature so much and loved the place too.

Sanjee is very keen to assist you in making sure you make the most of your time here, but it could feel a little pushy even though it’s coming from a good place.

Our room was absolutely beautiful. It was large & airy & exceptionally clean. We had a balcony overlooking the garden. It was lovely to sit with a drink observing the wildlife & listening to the birds. The property was 500 metres from the entrance to the cave temples which are absolutely incredible & one of the highlights of our trip. We had a fabulous evening meal here & the breakfast is fabulous. The owners Sanjee & Madhu were very welcoming & friendly hosts. They are able to organize any trips if you require it. Or if like us you prefer to do things more independently we can recommend a great tuk tuk driver who gave great prices, service & knowledge & English was good. His name is Dilshan +94 71 214 7404. We stayed for 3 nights & used this as a base for visiting Sigriya & Polonuwara. We really were sad to leave.

The place was super cute and very clean, 5 min walk to the cave temple which is great ! Room has a very nice balcony where you can see monkeys during your breakfast. Madhu and his wife were truly adorable, we spend the entire day with Madhu who showed us many places with his tuktuk it’s was a great experience ! I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Dambulla or wanting to be close to Sigiriya

This is by far the best accommodation we had in Sri Lanka! The breakfast was outstanding with many fruits and local dishes, the room was sparkly clean and well equipped, lovely decoration with fresh flowers, nice garden and balcony. The place itself is a gem but that's not all, Madhu and Sanjee were the perfect hosts and made our stay even more incredible. They organized even a cricket match tickets for us last minute, although they were already sold out! We visited Pidurangala, Rose quartz mountain, the gem museum and at the end had a lovely dinner in a local restaurant and Ayurveda massage. It was an amazing and unforgettable experience, we definitely want to come back. Thanks for everything and hope to see you very soon! Aline & Manuel

Dear Madhu and Sanjee, If I had to teach hospitality, you would definitely be the example! No words, how wonderful we felt our staying. The welcoming, the room, the surronding jungle garden with monkeys, the breakfast you made for us….the program you arranged and guided….( Sigiriya, Pidurangala, local market, roze quarts hills, cave temple)..We enjoyed so much! Thanks for sharing these experience with us!

The host also recommended us a "free" visit of the herbal gardens. We accepted and went together there. Arriving at the herbal garden there was a guide showing us around. We liked the tour, it was interesting. However, in the end the guide expected and pressured us to buy (quite expensive) products. This didnt feel great. We would have preferred more transparency from the beginning about that or just paying an entry ticket etc. However we are overal very thankful for the initiative of our hosts and we did really enjoy our stay with them. If we come again to Sri Lanka we would definetely stay with them again (but kindly refuse the visit to the herbal garden).

The hosts were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They offered to show us around. We went to a market and the host showed us common fruits and vegetables. We really enjoyed that. The hosts also cooked us a very delicious dinner for a fair price, highly recommend. The accomodation was excellent, clean, beautiful, calm and cozy and we felt great there!

Amazing hosts! Very friendly, warm and helpful. They showed us some places that we hadn't on our bucket list but afterwards we were glad that we saw it. Very nice rooms with beautiful furnishings, flower arrangements, wall paintings, a/c and a lot of other nice details. Really good breakfast and dinner. You need to taste. Highly recommend. We had the impression that our hosts did everything for our comfort and satisfaction and we were sad when we had to leave. We can highly recommend this place and when we come back to Sri Lanka we make a stop here for sure :))
