Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomNo sun loungers, had to sit on uncomfortable dining room chairs .The pool had a green tinge of colour to it with floating cigarette butts in it , I didn’t think it was clean. The toilet didn’t flush properly,problem with the water . The air con system water was left to overflow into a bucket and not emptied so the dirty water was spilling out onto where we walked which was slippery and dangerous on a tiled floor. A dirty towel was just left outside our hallway floor. Staff seemed to be just sitting around chatting when the hotel bathrooms etc could have done with a deep clean and some attention. WiFi so weak so couldn’t watch Netflix etc . Noise not a good nights sleep a group of young men (staff(?)) playing loud music outside had to complain to reception , barking dogs , cockerel! call to prayer very loud from 5am . Breakfast very average. Hard to find the hotel up a winding hill no signs outside our taxi nearly gave up finding it . When we got there I said to the hotel you don’t have any signs outside your hotel the man just shrugged his shoulders! Strange that booking sites say it’s full/ unavailable when only 5 rooms out of 23 were occupied (?)!
The view from the hotel was amazing . The evening meal was good , however the hotel was empty , just a few guests so just the two of us eating in the restaurant so no atmosphere .

BelgiumAlthough the hotel looks very new, there is a lot of work that still needs to be done. We were up all night from air-conditioning from other rooms that were leaking and dripping. Our bathroom wasn't clean. The hotel overall is very dusty. We got a good deal with genius, but wouldn't stay again. It's far from the centre and the drivers don't always want to go there.
The view is amazing and the staff was very friendly.
