The hotel is so beautiful, the rooftop pool is incredible and the storm and sunset watching from there was great. The staff are so attentive and helpful. There were plenty of choices at breakfast and the food was great. It was a shame the alcohol license hadn't yet been approved but it was an easy walk to the shop to get a few beers. There is also a great ice cream shop over the road. It was about a 30 minute walk or a short tuk tuk ride to the Galle Face Green, which was lovely in the evening.

The water as well as the amenities are small bottles and packed in plastic. Better get re-fillable bigger option and re-fill when doing the daily service with water, shower gel, shampoo and body lotion. Although there is the sign that if you hang your towel, they will not exchange it, it still happened every day. It's sad if you want to contribute to the saving of laundry and do the needful yet the towels are still getting exchanged. Small things to adjust to make the overall experience even better! We only ate breakfast once, which we have to say was a bit disappointing. The choice is quite small and for the price you pay not worth. I recommend to rather go and find a small cafe around the area which will have better and cheaper choices.

It was a very nice, new hotel which is located quite convenient to reach good shopping malls, embassy or or government facilities. The room was very quiet, the bed super comfortable. They provided everyday enough water, there was an iron board and iron in the room too. Fantastic view over the ocean but also partially the skyline of Colombo

Wi-fi was slow, often dropping out, and we had to log in with a new password each day. Lack of a liquor license.

We arrived at 2am from the airport and the checkout process was very slow, would be great to speed it up when customers arrive late and just want to go to sleep! But otherwise no complaints, the staff was very nice.

Very good value for money, the room is clean and modern, the location is good, and the swimming pool is very nice.

Newly redesigned , Everything was great ,perfect staff and very attending ,good food and shisha was great Mithma was great host ,explained everything to us about facilities of the hotel and helped with any question we had Raj is best bell boy here ,very friendly and attentive . Dinendra made us a lot of ice coffees ,best in Sri Lanka . 10/10 experience would definatly visit again Thank you

It didn't worry us but they didn't have their alcohol licence so most other travellers left the building before sunset so their sunset viewing area was empty

We were told to leave the pool area as there was an event happening that evening. The staff were setting up for the event when we arrived at the pool but there was no warning as to when we needed to vacate. Other guests left as they were feeling uncomfortable and it was when we moved a sun lounger we were awkwardly told they had an event soon so they needed to take the lounger. We specifically chose this hotel because it had a pool so some warning would've been appreciated. We chose not to use it earlier in the day to avoid the midday sun.

Exceptional service from start to finish. Wet towels and welcome drink on arrival. 5 star service from Roche on arrival and Thisura, Jimi and Nilanku were super also! You have to come here for your first night in Colombo - or last! I spent my last night travelling here and it was a real treat!

Staff is very friendly, kindly. @Mithma is very best person here. Guest relation is very professional. Food was great, muffins, donuts, croissant for breakfast. Room was clean. Swimingpool at the top with good view. We had a great time here.

Outstanding hotel and facilities only open a few months. Staff were excellent, so attentive, accommodating and friendly especially Dinendra and Lakmal even though all staff were amazing ( just didn't get names) The food and drinks were excellent too.
