Small resort with beach front. Rooms are spacious, so is the bathroom, which needs a little renovation (might be like that because we came end of season - lit last days of it). Beds are wide and comfortable with clean bedsheets. Superior rooms have an amazing view over the sea/ocean. The waves can be easily heard - ocean symphony. Amazing breakfast, despite the fact that I was having the same every day, toasted bread with local butter and jam and the big pot of Sri Lanka coffee. I have to mention that the food at their restaurant is delicious, compared to many others - so don’t hesitate to try along with the local beer or any other cocktails during the happy hour. Beach is clean but not possible to swim, but the view is amazing (daytime, sunset). If speaking about the staff, I have to thank Mr Kumara who helped me get my luggage since was lost at the airport and he helped with all the paperwork even the calls to the airport, very careful, attentive to details, not only with regards to this case but in general. The staff is wonderful, always there when needed, attentive and polite. Security available at night, very polite gentleman.

Very little. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

The food at the hotel was amazing. The Sri Lankan breakfast was among the best I had during my trip. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Our room was very clean and spacious and we loved sitting on the balcony watching the ocean.

Cannot fault anything!

We LOVED everything about our stay. The rooms were large and tastefully decorated; the staff were exceptional; great pool and bar with happy hour. We cannot fault a thing and would highly recommend staying here. It was slightly kore expensive than our other hotels but wortg every cent!

The only disappointment was the water pressure and not much hot water.

Right on the beach which is amazing to watch and listen to the waves. Also right on the beach to walk along. Nice quiet part of the road. Room was wonderful, comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the setting was stunning. Sitting on the balcony watching the waves and ocean is so calming.

Very nice hotel in a colonial style. I felt 100% confortable and welcomed! They also offered a late check out. I will come back! Good food as well. The rooms are also quite big and i had a nice ocean view

Great location a little away from the busy hub around Main Point but still only a short 5-10min stroll along the beach for great surf and restaurants. Great food at onsite restaurant. Attentive staff.

The location is part of a strip of hotels and Hikkaduwa is a very busy touristy town.

The food was exceptional, best breakfasts that we had in Sri Lanka. The beach was beautiful and we were able to swim in the sea although it was always quite rough. The bed was very comfortable with lovely bedding!

It is the perfect location on the beach, a bit south of the main part. Big shout out to all the staff; everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Clean, nice big rooms.

It was all good!

Lovely, spacious suite, great terrace with amazing views and garden! Staff were very attentive and kind, even organised my surfboard to be fixed overnight after getting damaged during transport... Perfectly placed just outside the madness, but still an easy walk to the main surf spots and restaurants! We had a lovely stay, thank you!

- Food options and drink options need to be more - Biggest disappointment was lack of authentic Sri Lankan dishes in their menu - Local guide on what can be done in and around Hikkaduwa is something which can be an addition to their room information

This is a very nice and guit small hotell with an amazing location on the best and most beautiful part of the hikkaduwa beach. Walking distance to turtle beach. Great big family room and great and friendly staff. The breakfast/lunch/dinner was also great. We traveled with 2 children 9 and 11 years old.

The waves in front of the hotel are a little dangerous.

Nothing was bad

Fantastic location outside Hikkaduwa which means that it’s calm, silent and laid back. Lovely place, lovely staff and Nice to be there as a family due to the nice pool which is clean and cozy. Really helpful and friendly staff that makes your stay comfortable. Good homemade food. The place is better than it looks like in the pictures
