We had a great stay here. It was quiet and comfortable, perfect for relaxing. The hosts were very nice and always ready to help with transportation and tips on places to visit. The food was also really good. I highly recommend this place for a peaceful and pleasant stay.

You should know it is next to the road so it is a little noisy and not in the centre of Dambulla. But the hosts are very helpful in arranging tuk tuk.

It was clean and well maintained. The place was so so beautiful and absolutely charming. We liked chilling by the pool after a long day under the sun. The owners are always ready to help (wether to book a tuk-tuk, a safari or to help you catch the bus when leaving) The food (breakfast + dinner) was excellent and they even prepare a celebration for my boyfriend’s birthday. You can go there without any doubt

The lodge is at the main road, so it could be little bit louder because of trucks (but we slept fine). I recommended to eat their, because there isn’t a lot of choices if you want to find something by walk :-)

Wonderful cheap place! We got dinner, which she cooked for us - it tasted yummy! The small lodge has a pool and is surrounded of trees. The owner is really kindly and friendly. The rooms was clean and enough for our one night stay.

The location is not the best. However, you are 15 minutes away on foot from Ederagala, and then you need to take a tuk-tuk to go to the Golden Temple. Count 15 minutes.

The welcome at Sun and Green Eco Lodge was very good. You are greeted with a cup of tea, and the place is really nice. The room has everything necessary. There are mosquitoes, but there is a bed net to ensure you have a good night's sleep. The breakfast is excellent.

The bed was a little noisy and it would have been nice to have a bit of shade with an umbrella or something by the pool.

The owner was incredibly helpful arranging good priced Tyk Tuk and the breakfast was amazing local food .

Good location near Dambulla that gives access to Sigiriya, Pidurangala, safaris and tours. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Maybe it's different in the other rooms (since we stayed in the only wooden room) but there was a very loud noise during the night from the nearby road. Trucks and busses were honking constantly and we had to put earplugs to be able to sleep.

We stayed in the wooden house which was very special. It is spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool was wonderful and we wish we had more time to enjoy it. The most special thing about this property are the owners who are lovely people and will do everything they can to make your stay great. They helped us find drivers for our sightseeing plans. We were celebrating a birthday during our stay and the host prepared a little party and baked a cake. Thank you 😊

Although the units are designed with an eco theme, that it self created some issues with rough walls and bit of dust. But not complaining about it.

Location was good; landlady was very nice and welcoming person. Breakfast provided was also good. Pool was kept open till late and was always well cleaned and maintained.

Gayani and Neil were exceptional hosts - they helped us arrange private cars to visit Sigiriya, Polonnawura and Pidurangala, as well as a transfer from Dambulla to Kandy. The breakfast was delicious and prepared for whatever time we requested. Dinner is also available and is very tasty! The property is great value for money and even though it's on a main road and I could hear traffic from the room this didn't prevent me from sleeping. The property also has items for sale such as water and clothing appropriate for visiting temples. The pool is also very clean. Overall I would recommend this property as a good base for visiting nearby attractions/cities.
