We booked the room with a terrace, which unfortunately was not available. The room was small, there was no closet or shelf where you could put your clothes. The room is very hot and stuffy.

Loved this accommodation. Very nice people. ❤️ Totally recommend it if you would like to have a good night sleep in comfortable beds. Very clean room with clean towels also. They have laundry service and right next to them a small restaurant, Yummy, where the food is exceptional. It is a little hard to find, but it is totally worth it. The beach is also very close and you have other restaurants also nearby if you would like to adventure and try out more tastes.

Room was a good size. It had a/c but it also had a fan if you didnt pay for a/c. The location was excellent. Right across from both turtle beach and mirissa beach. It was a short walk to restaurants and the supermarket. Shower was hot. WiFi didn't work for 1 night of our stay but once we told the owner it was fixed immediately and worked perfectly. Very good mosquito net in the room.

Lovely large room, we were upgraded when we arrived. The room is airy and light with a very large bed and really good mosquitoe net. The private bathroom was very nice, modern and clean. Owner was a very pleasant gentleman and helpful. The location is excellent, close to Mirissa town, Mirissa beach, Turtle beach and coconut point. The bus stops at the bottom of the road so very easy to get to. Would definitely stay again.

It is super close to the beach, towards the end of the Mirissa beach, and close to coconut tree hill. It's very clean and good value for money, I only stayed for a night so I cannot speak to anything else. But it is quiet at night and the rooms have everything you need, cannot really complain.

The water heater works on & off, randomly in day and at night. If you don't need one, then it won't be an issue.

Sun Hopes was an essential part that made my visit in Mirissa perfect. The room is on the 2nd foor, which includes a lovely patio with chairs and table. The room is pretty new and clean. Facilities: I got everything needed. Location: Just a few minutes walk to the beach. The owner was nice and supportive. The room worths every penny I paid. Highly recommend

Nothing negative to comment on.

The location was great for me, a short walk east on the main street and up a small hill; it was quiet and caught the nice breeze in June. It was always kept very clean. Kamal the owner was, peaceful, smiling and helpful. He gave me all my space but was always willing to be of assistance. He even brought be hoppers for dinner and coconut pancakes for breakfast a couple of times I think I was lucky during the quiet season. Being here definitely enhanced my stay in Mirissa. I would definitely recommend giving sun hopes a go.

The aircondition is quite noisy.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Tasty breakfasts especially the Srí Lankan. The host is a very kind person. The location is quite good, some steps from the main road to not have its noise. Beautiful sounds of the nature around the house.

The host and his son are wonderful people, they gave us everything we asked for. We even got a better room when the host found out that we are comming with a baby. The place has a kitchen and a fridge that all the guests can use. Location was perfect for us - 5 minute walk to the turtle beach and even less time to the parrot Rock.

The wifi did work but wasnt excellent.

Great staff, super colourful bed sheets, good mosquito net, nice monkeys knocking about, close to some good beach bars, perfect little room to go back to. Also, the complimentary tea and biscuits were delightful.

Everything was perfect, the kitchen was open for everyone to cook and it was ready enough to cook anything. The room was good, they have mosquito net, table, one chair, everything you need. The bathroom was very spacious and clean. And the location is just 2min walking to the beach so, really nice. I would come back for sure!

A very nice place! The owner was so friendly and brought us complimentary tea every afternoon :) the room was nice and clean and the breakfast tasty. Good location a short walk from the beach and next to a nice spa.

Fan was loud, also one night we could here the bass from one party nearby (1 out of 2 nights), but that's hardly the owners fault, and probably a result of its proximity to the main beach

Super comfy bed, not many mosquitos. Also we want to point out that the family restaurant right next to it (unfortunately not on Google maps) had the best coconut rotis and sambal we had so far, for little money (also good fruit!)

A little bit noisy AC and also outside.

Cute little place. Very good location. It was so clean and everything smelled nice and fresh. There was a table and chairs outside and a possibility to use the kitchen downstairs. So it's perfect when you prefer to cook your own breakfast or have some fresh fruits.

We had to wait for half an hour before someone came to check us in, we had to call them because despite confirmation a few days prior they were not aware we were coming. It felt really distant and we didn’t see any personnel until we left for check out.
