Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe rooms were clean and comfy. The rooftop space was nice. The value was fantastic. The location was good, just 5 min drive from the centre of Kandy. The manager and the staff were very helpful and friendly and they made us delicious sri lankan breakfast and dinner for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended, especially for groups.

MaldivesOnly drawback is the common bathtooms. We were 2 families with kids so sharing was a bit strange, inconvenient and time consuming. Plus we did not realize until we checked in to the room. But we managed.
The rooms were spacious and clean. Adequately furnished. Very helpful staff... Ravi the always present in charge guy. His staff also very helpful on whatever you need like pillows, extra towel and use if the kitchen to make a small meal for our 2y old. Shame we did not have time to spend a few extra nights.

SpainWe had an amazing stay. We have felt so welcomed from the moment we entered the hotel. The staff has been so kind and helpful. The last night we even had a great talk with the owner on the rooftop of the hotel. It's not in the city center, so it is far more quiet, but at a really reasonable distance, so it was perfect! We recommend 100% this place to stay in Kandy!!

CanadaThe location as it is situated in downhill which the driving can be bit challenging. Also in tge early morning around 5:30 there was a choir from a Buddhist temple which can be bit disturbing and I beleive it came from the Buddhist temple which might be next to this property as the sound was too loud

Australiafinding the way to hotel is bit harder at first from the main road air conditioner works well. but no quilts or blanket provided to the rooms. hot water is hopeless. only way to get hot bath is to fill hot water to sink and use a bowl. no hot water came from shower.
very clean room and toilets balcony facing to mountains got good views. food is good. some food owner cooked some he ordered outside .owner is friendly. there are basic cooking facilities. not very bad. good for the value.
