The wi fi was very slow unless it was early in the morning, to the point I couldn’t really use it. For heavy sleepers it might not be a problem, but I would wake up early with the noise of the cleaning just outside my room.

It was very affordable, good price for a 5 night stay. There was a fan and an AC. The room is spacious, has chairs, a small table and a closet.

Great location not far from the beach & restaurants, but quiet, away from the Main Street. The owners were very friendly, the rooms were nice, clean, spacious. A bit dark but that kept them cooler during the day. Would definitely come back!

This is just a suggestion for them to take into consideration. There is a common kitchen in the property where you can make your tea/coffee or a simple meal. There was no kitchen towel in the kitchen. There were lot of water on the bench top where the kettles were. I had I had to use my own piece of cloth to wipe the water out before using the kettle. It would be nice to add some basic items in the kitchen.

This place is in a convenient location. Very close to the Mirissa beach and other significant places in Mirissa such as Coconut tree hill. The owners were very friendly and helpful. They even organised a tuk tuk for me to go to the beach early morning with very short notice. It’s not a fancy place but it has basic facilities for a comfortable stay and it’s value for money.

on a check out day, they offered us a ride to another city, but their price was really high, so we decided to take a pick me (like Uber) offer, but when they heard about that they completely change their behavior to unacceptable.

Wifi didn't work in the room, owner insisted it was my problem even though I couldn't even find the network in the room. Bad water pressure in the shower.

The kitchen could have more utensils or the rooms could have a mini fridge but it was great that they have a kitchen with an available fridge that we could use

The hosts were amazing, one of the best I found! The place was well located, clean and comfortable. WiFi reliable and rooms with mosquito net and AC were a plus! You have a kitchen with a fridge you can use and they rent scooters at a good price so you don’t have to look around for it. They also arranged us a safari and ride for Dickwella for a good price! Definitely recommend and would stay again, great value for money

The room wasn’t clean enough, bed sheets and pillow covers smelt like fire smoke, toilet flush tank takes long time to refill water, the AC wasn’t working properly so basically the room was without AC, mosquitoes everywhere, and stuff just want to sell you extra things. Even though the price is low but I think you can get something better for the same price in the same area or maybe pay a bit more for a better quality.

There were a few mosquitos making their way in to the room from the bathroom but there was a mosquito net to solve this issue when sleeping.

The room was very big and clean. It was in a great location, only a 5 minute (if that) walk to the centre/beach. The host was lovely and gave us a plug adaptor free of charge as we did not have one suitable. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

The room and sheets had a musty smell. the sheet was folded on the bed and when I went to spread it, there was a cockroach. A person with allergies would certainly have been very uncomfortable sleeping in that room.

I thought it was excellent and i could actually be willing to pay more for the room i had. Great value! Slept good, good toilet and a comfortable short walk to beach. I will return! (And would prefer same price)
