The bathroom door didn't shut properly and the safe made a few weird noises, but these are minor problems and I'm sure that the staff would have helped with these issues had we raised any concerns

Very friendly and attentive staff. For example, they helped us to book a kandyan dance show and also arranged a packed breakfast when we needed to check out of the hotel early. The Sri Lanka breakfast was superb and the location was great, just 5 minutes away from the city centre

The bathroom happened to be on a different floor (but within the same room), which means we always had to go up and down the stairs, which was not the best. The bathroom and the shower had some problems with leaking and water supply in general, but nothing too terrible.

The hotel had an amazing view and a very nice location, which was close to the lake and the city center. The staff was quite nice and helpful. The room was spacious, had a great balcony. Breakfast was good.

We loved the location, right on the lake. The staff and manager were very friendly and helpful and our Tuk Tuk driver Manju was great. We hot a tuk tuk for two days to see the sights further outside Kandy.

Wonderful location with balcony overlooking the lake. Room really big, and stocked with essentials (tea/coffee etc) as well as cold drinks in the fridge/minibar. Really good sized balcony. Breakfast was lovely. Really great place to stay.

All was perfect

Great stay with very professional and helpful staff. Lovely terrace where we shared a bottle of wine a couple of nights. Good location for walking around Kandy and arranged a tuk tuk for us quickly to the botanical gardens - highly recommend too!

Not a negative but for awareness the property is up a steep driveway that is not suitable for arriving by car, it could be accessed by tuk tuk though. Our bags were collected at the bottom by the staff and taken up so not a problem at all, but worth considering if you are less mobile or travelling with a lot of luggage.

Very good breakfast with brilliant views across to the lake and Kandy city. Staff were good and service was quick and efficient. Excellent location, less than 5 minutes walk into the centre of Kandy. We throughly recommend for a stay in Kandy

Very good location, great view from the balcony to the lake and there was a Mango tree just next to our balcony, on which Flying foxes were dining at nights! Unforgettable!!! Great local food in the restaurant!!! Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend!!!

The rooms are huge, and very comfortable, and it's far enough from the road to get a bit of peace. The staff were very helpful and organised a taxi for me to the airport. There were monkies in the garden which I found hugely entertaining.

The staff were very accommodating. We arrived at about 3am from our flight and they made sure we were able to smoothly get into our room. The room was very large, bed very comfy and view was very nice. The breakfast was great! The location was wonderful. So close, just a 5 minute walk to be in the business of Kandy but just tucked away enough to be quiet and feel like we were out of it.
