We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The food, the ambiance, the room and the services were way over the expected level for the price. I think it is the best place to stay on Budget if you are travelling to Anuradhpura.

Belgiumthe only thing I didn’t like was the dog of the family walking free in the hotel. it’s normal in Sri Lanka and I got used to it. I will come back
we had a good stay at this hotel. The owner is amazing and kind. He will try to arrange evertything for you and help wherever he can. the rooms are clean and simple. Even though the crisis here at the moment made most tourists stay away, I am very happy we stayed in this clean, cosy hotel nearby the hotspots of Anuradhapura.

ItalyHotel T&T is situated about 5 KM off the Anuradhapura town, perfect location that allows you to travel all the main attractions in Anuradhapura, and also Mihintale.( Mihintale about 16 KM away from Hotel T&T).Hotel T&T rooms were clean & Air condition pretty good. upstair Deluxe room had good comfortable bed & nice Balcony.the owner Darshana he made his best to make our stay memorable.So … it was nice stay & good value of money.

I liked everything! The bed and pillows were really comfy, the room was spacious, the shower was nice and you can get an AC for a small fee besides the ventilator that's already in the room. The Hotel is run by a really kind family. You can ask them everything, great service! I rented a mountain bike for a small fee to explore the city. Also, the food is really delicious (especially the rice and curry!!)

GermanyWifi connection was poor, we had a room on first floor and there was barely any Wifi. If you’re traveling for work or expect good wifi I would recommend asking for a room on first floor or rely on you sim cards data!:)
We really enjoyed our stay at T&T! The host is so friendly and courteous and also super good at English! Location is perfect, rooms clean and we felt super welcomed from the very first minute we arrived!

HungaryWe liked the deluxe double room, but found the other room- dark, the walls had mounds, no warm shower, and the bed linen was dirty & smelled like smoke. We couldn’t sleep from the neighbors dogs -they were barking loudly almost all night! The morning we got billed for our breakfast (overpriced, almost double as anywhere prior -like you’d be in Europe, €30 for 3 omelette & coffee) & previously it was not mentioned the cost would be so high - we felt cheated, as the price was not pointed anywhere (no breakfast card or nothing) after i tried to speak with the owner to get resolution and then he was not so friendly anymore. It was a huge disappointment (as the place looked good on booking, but the customer service felt awful, given the situation!)

RwandaA few basics were missing, like drinking water in the room, soap, and toilet paper. I believe I was the only guest. Perhaps in times when it’s more crowded they offer a bit more service, like morning coffee or breakfast. When I arrived, the lobby was locked, and while someone showed up quickly after I called through the Corridors, it was a bit clear that they weren’t really prepared for guests these days. Let’s blame it on the downturn of the tourist economy and give these guys a chance, as the space was quite nice.
Clean comfortable rooms at an affordable rate.
