Wifi at night is very slow.

Breakfast was great and rooms are very confortable. They let me check out late with no charge and kept my bags all day after checkout.

Pool didn't have any shade so it was hard to stay there for too long.

Large room, with modern facilities. Very friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. Convenient location near the water and some great restaurants. I'd highly recommend and would stay again.

Brand new and very beautiful hotel in good location. The rooms are extremely spacious and beautifully designed. The best hotel I stayed in Sri Lanka. Very clean, very supportive and friendly staff. If I’m back in Colombo, I will definitely stay there again!

We had a couple of issues - sink didn't drain properly but staff came and sorted it and expected to fix further before next booking as a maintenance day was booked. The shower hot water was temperamental - went hot and cold - i have seen people comment about the shower so hopefully this is something that can be resolved. This wouldn't put me off staying here - still highly recommend the hotel for a clean modern large new room with a lovely rooftop pool!

This was my second stay. The pool is fantastic. The rooms are large and have four poster beds. The staff are friendly and helpful.

A fabulous new property. The location is great - close to Gallery Cafe. The rooms are large - four poster bed too. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The best bit is the rooftop pool - a great chance to relax and unwind in peace as there are only 10 rooms.

Everything was great. Can't really complain about anything. It's a great place to stay.

The location is perfect for exploring Colombo. The staff are super nice and very helpful. The room and building looks very new and in great condition. The restaurant was excellent.

Amazing rooftop pool with views to the sea, we were upgraded for free to superior room which was very spacious and have amazing walk in shower - fan of the terrazzo! Well designed and thought out rooms. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful! The architecture and general feel of the hotel was very unique to other places i had looked at in Colombo and inspiring.

This was a wonderful hotel stay in Colombo! Stylish new place with friendly staff that are so helpful! Massive comfortable clean room. Rooftop pool a great place in morning and sunset. Good value for money. Close to Barefoot. Drink on arrival and also when we were waiting around for our late night flight. So kind!

The most friendly and professional staff in Colombo. New and very clean boutique hotel. Excellent size room and comfortable bed. Very safe. In a non-touristy part of town, and close to stores, shops, restaurants, etc. Rooftop pool is clean and refreshing. Nice on-site restaurant for meals. Would 100% stay there again.

Location a tad out of the city center

Brandnew and modern boutique hotel. Tastefully constructed/decorated. Small, but nice rooftop pool. Room spacious and super clean. Nice big Smart TV in the rooms, powerful AC and fan. Comfy bed/linens. Stars of the hotel are its staff; everybody was super super friendly and accommodating. Made us feel super welcome, safe, and at home. We stayed on the 1st floor and had no issues with outside noise. Tasty breakfast.

This place was stunning and what made it even more exceptional was the staff, from reception to the cooks, waiters and security, nothing was ever too much trouble. The rooftop pool was amazing especially after a hot day sightseeing. Would definitely come back here.

Quite noisy, but to be expected in Colombo. Food on offer was rather pricey and not very tasty - kottu in particular was fried with no chilli at all it seemed.

The property is brand new and feels quite luxurious. The swimming pool at the top is a nice touch - it isn’t huge but it has a great view. The very best thing about the hotel though is the staff: they were incredibly helpful and kind to us.
